Superb view :-) a little tiring to ride especially with a child but it's well worth it

Panorama wonderful with great tourist guide and clear explanations

Very comfortable walk up and amazing views of the city. Well worth the effort to get views of the city and a cool close up look at the fort and tunnels into the mountain. Also there is free public water avaible at the top if you get thirsty

Nothing special to add, except that the panoramic view of the Grenoble conurbation is always breathtaking.

Climb via eggs cheap and nice, with a large customer flow. Very nice panorama at the top with some activities. There is often enough wind, which makes it a pleasant place on hot days. Presence of a small visitable cave for free so it is very cool too, it is not very big but the place is very rarely crowded.

Really pleasant walk my tiring to climb from the bottom, the view is splendid, at the top there is something to eat and drink, there are viewpoints and several activities for children my also for adults like a large zip line and a small one tree climbing

On foot, ride is very beautiful, I admired the people who play sports down, must see ...

This is a must visit location with magnificent views and interesting walkways to the top.

Mounted on foot by the path and descent into the cabin by a nice Saturday. Beautiful ballad

A must in Grenoble with a beautiful view of the city. The climb is on foot or by cable car and ditto for the decent. The walk can be continued to Mount Jalla and bypassing the fort towards the restaurant the fat father. A great opportunity to visit the museum of alpine hunters and make a course acrobranche. Escape rooms and a restaurant are also available.

About an hour of (quite easy) climbing from the city (or pay for the cable car).
View is great, some signs and explanations (in english too) about the historical defense of the region.
Also possible to continue from there to some further hikes.

Absolutely awesome walk and climb, and the cablecar is a sweet deal as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Interesting place to visit Grenoble, via La Tronche, for access by car. The caves are imperative to visit (a very long corridor in the mountain allows to reach it).

We went up with the bubbles and went back on foot with children aged 4 and 6.

It's worth it

If you are in Grenoble, take the funicular and go up to the Bastille to enjoy a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding mountains including Mont Blanc. If you are sporting, you can also go on foot following an easy path!

A very nice view of Grenoble, it's just disappointing to see so much rubbish (cans, box of pizzas, etc.).
A place with such a great view shouldn't look like a rubbish dump.
Man and his deep respect for nature ....
But I want to point out that the view is very beautiful, the bubbles give an original side to the exit and there is something to eat

From the climb with the eggs through the Belvedere and the descent on foot, it was great! To do if you go through Grenoble!
