Absolutely the worst insurance company ever, switched banking info for auto and was told tenant insurance would be switched as well, it wasn't so old account has 2 nsf charges, and when you call they're rude and don't care

THIS IS NOT CAA WHO SUPPLIES AND OR SETTLE CLAIMS UNDER THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.

The broker company, the insurance company, and the claim adjuster are all third parties. That why things are so cheap.

To make things worse they are AMERICAN, and they run things like an American insurance companies. IE. THERE NUMBER ONE GOAL IS NOT TO PAY OUT CLAIMS FOR LOOP HOLD. Do your homework

Everyone on hear is right. They seduce you with the quotes, but when you have a claim the NIGHTMARE BEGINS.

Unlike Canadian insurance companies , there is not allot of standard thing included in your policy, when getting a quote from this company. They basically let you choose from what you want. And you may not ever really realize how much coverage you need for certain things. Trust me go thru a broker if you can please.

Thank god, I got information from an insurance broker, and dodged a bullet. Just remember they are cheaper for a reason, NO SERVICE, lol.

Find the best deal from a Canadian company, believe me.

Have been trying for quite awhile to cancel my sister's insurance after her passing. Unfortunately it looks like I am going to have to get my lawyer involved. Avoid this company at all costs.

Missed a payment at beginning of covid, had to call in and pay with my dads credit card to sort the issue out. was told payment went through and then they stopped auto withdrawing from my account, marked my account as fraudulent, closed it and never called, emailed, or sent actual physical piece of mail. found out my insurance had been cancelled for 2 months after seeing my payment returned 2 times, called in to ask what is going on and spent 2.5 hours on hold transferred 6 times and in the end i just hung up and got another insurance company that has competent employees that do not transfer you in circles for hours on hold. worst insurance company ever!!!

My husband's truck was stolen on Feb. 17th and it took 10 days for the adjuster to call us and that was only because our broker called her first to tell her she needed to get in contact with us! Then when our claim went to total loss, that adjuster refuse to return calls. The lack of communication in/with this company goes waaaaaay beyond... pretty much non existent unless you have a broker making several phone calls on your behalf. Do yourself a favour and pay a little more for insurance and avoid this company!!! In our days of need this company was no where to be found....Shame on you CAA! P.S. These insurance companies are getting away with highway robbery in Canada and our Canadian government is doing absolutely NOTHING to protect its citizens! CAA is no different! They simply look for ANY reason to raise your premiums to ungodly amounts! Ans their agents are just as rude and arrogant! No compassion whatsoever they're all about money!
