My husband's truck was stolen on Feb. 17th and it took 10 days for the adjuster to call us and that was only because our broker called her first to tell her she needed to get in contact with us! Then when our claim went to total loss, that adjuster refuse to return calls. The lack of communication in/with this company goes waaaaaay beyond... pretty much non existent unless you have a broker making several phone calls on your behalf. Do yourself a favour and pay a little more for insurance and avoid this company!!! In our days of need this company was no where to be found....Shame on you CAA! P.S. If I could of gave a -1 star I would of:(
