I am absolutely livid. Orion has presumably had my Sask PST refund in their hot little hands since June 30/18 (the date the gov't said they would all be paid out), they have had since the refund was announced (Feb 26/18) to figure out how to pass it along to me, and they are telling me that it might take until the middle of Aug/18 (and no guarantee on that) to go through their process of getting that refund out to me. Are you kidding me??? It this how they handle claims? Why would I deal with them again??????
Orion Travel is not paying our trip interruption insurance. It has been 5 months and all I get is email auto replies. Calling doesn't help either because they just refer you to the "on-line status inquiry" which tells you nothing. Didn't get any reply when we were away and had to cancel our trip either. (thanks for having our back...) Apparently their involvement ends as soon as you pay. Going to write a letter to corporate now and see if that can get any action.
