Excellent accommodation, the hotel is very well located, you can go to San Marco square in 10 minutes and it is only 1 minute from the Riatlo bridge where several line of the Vaporetto (Public Transport) pass.
The location is fantastic and very close to Rialto bridge and the other main attractions. However the "deluxe" room we occupied was very basic with an incredibly small bathroom. Eveything looks worn out already. Also we had to wait 15 min in front of the hotel before finally someone came and opened us the door. Can't recommend for the price.
Hotel clean and very well located. Friendly and welcoming staff. We were very pleased in all respects and for sure I will recommend it to those who plan to stay in Venice!
The central position is the main asset. See this place as a bed and breakfast. The attic room offers an acrobatic access to a terrace that reveals the tiles of Venice, the head of the campanile of San Marco. On the other hand, the turbines of conditioned air and other vmc adjoin the roof which guarantees you nights interspersed with loud whirrings. The room is cramped with outdated furniture and very poor breakfast. Fortunately we did not go to Venice to blossom at the hotel.
If you are looking for a resonably priced, great location, kind of okay bed, no frills hotel in Venice this one will be okay.
Worst hotel experience, bathroom door locked itself on the outside, no 24h reception, couldn't use the bathroom the whole night, waited until 8:00 to open it. Terrible !

Location is fantastic in the Rialto district. Staff is personal, friendly and takes time to explain things. Francesco at the front desk was especially good, with personal recommendations and going out of his way to make our experience better.
Very comfortable. In general ideal to go with small suitcases because the buildings do not have an elevator.

Didnt stay in the hotel but near there in Rialto. It's an enchanting area, very picturesque and romantic.

The only note to keep in mind are the access stairs to the rooms which are a bit narrow and steep: you have to pay some attention.

In the area it is very central but quiet (just off the Rialto). The room was very clean and, although breakfast was not included, a kettle, fridge and instant drinks were available in the room. Very friendly staff
We were greeted beautifully by Angela who gave us some excellent advice. The room was very clean and the location perfect.
Caution! Booked for 2 nights. It was written that there is breakfast. And in small letters city collection. Upon arrival it turned out that the buffet is not working. City tax for 2 nights was 24 euros. And we also wanted 40 euros in cash, it is not clear why !!! And so the location is good. Relatively clean.

Not a great place to stay for the money, small and stuffy rooms with weak air conditioning. Continental breakfast was the worst we have seen in Italy .
