Excellent availability and courtesy of the owners.
The clean and comfortable room, even with the small terrace overlooking San Marco.
The breakfast service is good and varied.
Overall to recommend.
The only note to keep in mind are the access stairs to the rooms which are a bit narrow and steep: you have to pay some attention.
