Thomas Fragnoli and team worked on my residential remodel and addition from May 2017 to July 2018.
Their craft is an unparalleled strong suit and where they can be best leveraged.
Most other areas of their service I found very frustrating and feel they could improve greatly including:
Consistent and timely communication
Estimating and material take-offs, scheduling, knowledge of the market, creative solutions
Invoicing, efficient leadership and overhead
Commitment they abandoned my job in the fall of 2018 with two large windows for replacement left in my yard.
