The food is fine but thoroughly uninspiring, but they could easily accommodate a large group for Saturday brunch, which is nice.

Great dinner experience for a great price. The food was delicous and the service was great. Highly recommend for any visitors coming to NYC in the Chelsea area.
This place is great. It's in the old Il Bastardo space. Lots of great rooms for events. The main dining area is big and a large bar. Unisex bathrooms downstairs. Food yum.
Came for brunch on a Saturday and it was dead. The Bloody Mary with tequila was delicious. They also have bottomless mimosa for $25. I had the mushroom frittata which came with potatoes and a side salad. Pretty filling! Decent but probably would not come back.
I came in here for an early dinner the other night with some coworkers and sat outside. The service was great, especially considering the restaurant has changed over recently and they had been in the process of revamping. Everything we ordered was fantastic. We had a bunch of appetizers for the table, and the Fusilli Norcia entree which was amazing. At the end of our meal the manager came over and introduced himself and asked how our time was. Definitely will be coming back again soon!
My girlfriends and I went to the city for a getaway and stumbled upon this amazing place. The bartender Javier was phenomenal, made the most amazing drinks and was a great conversationalist!!! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back on our next trip to NYC!!!!
Really good reasonably priced food and great service
Nice for happy hour. Oysters and other things, cheap wine and beer. Casual place and crowd. Attentive and caring staff.
Very disappointed in Chicken Parm. No taste pasta was cold. Last time for this place.
Seems like I never left, used to go to Scopa and enjoyed it very much, but now it s a new and improved version. Their excellent thin-crusted pizza is amazing just like in Italy. Great well-balanced wine list. Bruce and I will definitely be back.
This is an authentic Italian restorante in Chelsea neighborhood offering brunch, lunch, dinner and also a happy hour. I've been to this joint several times now attending one of my friend's show that he hosts at the restaurant every other More
I was here Saturday night for dinner and had an absolutely great time. Service was very attentive, and food delicious. It was a nice crowd of people, and good menu choices. My friends and I were all super happy with our dinner here!!
Nice place. Quiet considering it's in the middle of an often loud restaurant Chelsea area. Good service, and the food was great.
Was here for a private event. My tortellini with spinach and ricotta was outstanding
Can't get more italian cuisine then here...food is delicious and plenty....prices are ok for meals..nice ambience...
Ordered Seamless from this restaurant and it has taken over and hour to receive my order on a Sunday evening. They are way past their ETA and I will not be ordering from them in the future as they are not reliable. Unacceptable service.
Incredibly nice staff. Brunch food was meh. Coffee was lukewarm. Pancakes were Bisquick creations, way too dense. They use fake maple syrup.
A relaxed evening of well prepared foods from appetizer through dessert. Allowed us to share courses and helped select the perfect wine to compliment our entree.
This place is ok. But i won't go back there. Appetizers are very small but well presented. Looks a lot nice on the outside than the inside. They basically rushed us out the bar ON A SLOW DAY. Not going back
Skip the Mimosa, just not that strong. Their menu wasn't my favorite and the food was forgettable. Meh.
It was decent, service was just a bit weird. They kept taking the small mugs of coffee away instead of coming over for a refill. And the chicken parm panini tasted like the bread was stale. The food needs some work and the house music for Bruce was a bit much
A group went for our monthly Ladies Lunch. There is an $18.00 pre-fix lunch menu that was excellent. It offered something for everyone in the group. The food was delicious and the service was great.
This was maybe the best vodka sauce I ever had. Outstanding service too. Thanks for a memorable experience!
Delicious food with a beautiful interior. Staff was kind and the dishes were very well prepared. I would 100% recommend eating here!
Really friendly staff and delicious wine. I'm a bar sitter, but the patio is huge and nice. I ordered off the summer happy hour menu. It's a fantastic deal. Pictured is one of the $3 octopus chorizo tacos!
Stopped in for drinks and some appetizers for a girls night out. We sat at the bar and had the best experience. Our bartender I'm not sure his name but I do know he was Argentinian, was great! He was very attentive, very kind, gave excellent service and made some of the best drinks I've ever had. If you ever visit Arte Cafe, keep an eye out for this bartender, you wont be disappointed.
Restaurant in New York that deserves all the stars for two reasons. One for offering a menu of the economic day and another for doing it with rich and generous dishes in quantity. Italian dishes such as mushroom pasta that my partner and I ordered Andalusian-style squid entree or mussels cooked in a sauce flavored in delicious wine, exquisite tiramisu dessert as well. The attentive service in a pleasant place overlooking the street. Tablecloths and cloth napkins and all for $ 18 and 20% gratuity in Manhattan
8pm Saturday night, plenty of open seats but place is big. Entire staff is attentive to table so service is perfect. Lasagna was the best thing we had, the cacio e pepe was good, but I like that pasta to be slightly thicker than it was.
Was our first time here but we live in the neighborhood and plan on this being a new spot we come back to now.
Love this place. Great food the first time, good the next. Service was attentive.
Loved the overall experience. I arrived late on a Monday night for just dessert and the staff was really courteous. The Panna cotta is really good. Loved the ambience and food.
