Terrific realtor! My wife and I moved to Fort Collins several years ago from out of state and he was able to find us the perfect place. Jesse and his team made the process very easy and straightforward. When a job change caused us to relocate out-of-state this year we used Jesse and C3 real estate again, and once again they made this very painless and was able to get us a very good deal for our house. Highly recommended!

Jesse and Lauren did an amazing job listing and selling my house. The steps they take to market a house are second to none and the results are the proof. Went under contract in just a few days with multiple offers above asking price...what more can you ask for?!

The preparation, marketing and sale of our home was a team effort. We had previously used a number of other agencies but far and above C3 has a philosophy and approach to cross the finish line! We worked with Lauren Massa, she was as delightful as they come. Really worked for us and with us on everything. She addressed all of our concerns with the build and sale of the house. Lauren was on it when it came to asking questions and GETTING answers from the builder. Definitely would use again. Not to mention our closing gift was one of the coolest things I have received. She was knowledgeable, beautiful and kind.

Jesse, Lauren, and the C3 team were great to work with! We feel lucky to have had them to help guide us with relocating to Colorado and buying our home. We first met Jesse about 8 months prior to moving from the East coast. He was happy to meet with us and share information despite our not being quite ready to move. He then patiently waited and when we did move and were ready to house search, it felt like we were his only client. He was always available and always had insightful thoughts as well as useful strategies developed through his years of experience! Once we had our offer accepted, Lauren kept everything on track through closing! We can't speak highly enough of C3 and definitely recommend!

We sold our house and bought a new house with C3! We were able to experience both sides of being the seller and the buyer. I can't say enough about the process and how they made it so easy. John and Tiffany are a great team. They were very transparent from start to finish. If you're looking for professionalism and someone that dots their I's and crosses their Ts then give them a call. My wife and I ended up having back to back closings on the same day which wasn't by design and John and Tiffany took care of us without a blink of an eye. Many blessings to them and their company as they truly know their craft.

Jesse and Lauren were absolute rockstars! The market is absolute insanity right now but they helped us keep our heads on straight as buyers. We looked at houses in all kinds of price ranges and all over northern Colorado to northern Denver suburbs. Being out of state buyers adds on another layer of complexity and having an agent/s you can trust made the process so much easier! C3 helped us sell our old home and purchase a new one; working with them was an absolute pleasure. In the past I have worked with "one man show" realtors that do their own staging, photography, etc--I figured I was getting a good deal doing it that way. I respect the hustle of the independent realtors, but after working with C3, I will never go back to that. I received specialized and knowledgeable treatment throughout my whole journey for the same cost of any other realtor.

C3 assigned me two realtors (Steve and Jesse), meaning even when one was out, the other was available. They also had an extremely knowledgeable assistant (Lauren). I'm a BIG TIME question asker, and between the three of them I always had prompt and educated answers to all my realty questions. Beyond that, C3 was able to help me find fantastic movers and a handyman for final touch-ups. They are a wealth of knowledge.

C3 send out a professional design consultant that helped us stage our home, then a measuring company and a professional photographer that took video as well as photos. Everyone that visited was specialized in their craft and it showed! C3 provided free advertising as well, but my house sold quickly so not much was needed. My house was priced extremely well so that I only got a few serious offers. I'm a deal seeker and they helped me skillfully negotiate the exchange.

They also helped me connect with a fantastic builder for my new home. They were available throughout the entire selection and approval process to help assure I got a good deal and good quality in my dream home.

I feel like I could go on, but I'll leave it at this: C3 is the best realty group I have ever worked with, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
