I have tried working with Captek for years. Getting any products from them is always a struggle. Worse yet is the customer service. Daisy will not respond to requests as to where the order is, and Samantha is completely unhelpful even though she is supposed to be "Customer Service". If you want your products you pay for to be shipped to you, go elsewhere.
