Plz don't go there....it's better to kill ur self but plz don't go...they make u more miserable ...I went there two times for my dental works both times I have to go somewhere else to fix the treatment they gave me...I have no idea who gave them permission to treat people so unprofessionally. The filling I got have high spots that badly damaged all my mouth tissues and nerves after 15 days they gave me another appointment I went there so they can fix it instead of fixing it I got more over hangs in both sides of filling that will cause further tooth decay or damage , they hardly answer ur call...and not at all took anyone serious...don't waste ur money and ur health to go there... instead they make u more worse..for further many more treatments that never ends

Just met with Doctor Watson this morning. I wanted to do a Pay it Forward by dropping off a brand new Electric Toothbrush and asked her to give it to a deserving patient. I did this because I was so impressed with the entire staff at CW that in my heart...I just wanted to do something more than say Thank you . When you need dental care, it has a way of becoming REALLY important to you. (It sure made me focus!). I was just so impressed with Doctor Watson and her coworkers. Very kind people, I just never felt rushed . I remain grateful they spent years in school gaining the knowledge and expertise to take care of people like me. I just am a big fan of CW Williams...

Please don t go there. Receptionist wants to charge you more money because they don t have a knowledge. My case some assistant tell her to charge me only 50$ for X-rays otherwise she was making me pay 120$. Worse than this she told me they have the possibility to fix my broken filling, I went inside to see the doctor, the doctor told me they don't do that kind of treatment there.
End of the day I spend my whole day.50$ for x-ray and 90$ refill my teeth with cheap stuff.

I called this morning for information on walk-ins and the woman that answered was extremely rude and short with me. She told me that I had to have insurance to come in so I told her that another medical center suggested I that I call them because they accept self pay.. that s when she finally told me it was 150 for self pay. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. I m not spending my money at a place that employs people who can t even be kind on the phone. There s no telling how rude she would have been to my face.

This has to be the SLOWEST doctors' office EVER. I brought my mother here to get a prescription filled. She had an appointment at 12:10 and still has not been seen and it's 2pm.

I just left from getting a post and a crown with Dr. Goldner and his wonderful team of assistants. I have searched high and low for the past 8 months thinking that I needed a 4000.00 implant to replace my K9 and I didn't know how to begin to get the money. I stopped by C.W. Williams dental clinic last thurs and by this thurs, they have changed my life for the better for almost nothing out of pocket!!! My new tooth looks AMAZING, I feel AMAZING, and trust me this dental clinic is AMAZING!!!!! Thank God for letting me cross paths with this team... GOD BLESS THEM!!! I am going back next week for some more!!!! FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!!!

The Doctor I had treated me like I was nobody and I needed hip replacement, she suggested that I should have students experiment on me for my hip replacement, this was about 4 years ago. I was 53 and that Lady was about 60 years old maybe late 50 African American... And she was disrespectful and demeaning. I needed that hip replacement and I was limping like a hurt dog...I was going through so much pain, they didn't do anything to help, and they didn't seem like they wanted to help either. If I could it would be zero stars

Go in for a Cov-19 test, told 24 hours, call back 24 hours,4 calls before anyone will tell me they are closed for the rest of the day. Hear nothing from them until 4 days later, leave a message asking me to call back and call 5 times and no one answers the phones just various voicemails saying they will call you back in 24-48 hours.

This is my son second time coming here, his first time it took the 45 mins to come to the room and when he finally came he left out cause a situation was going on the the hallway so he left my son again and was gone 30 mins when my son doctor visit was over it was 12:15 and his appointment was at 10:30 that s is crazy. Now we back for a physical and again same thing his appointment this time was at 430 here it s is 6pm no sign of my son being done again doctor took 45 mins to come see him I never been at a doctors office where it takes 2 hours to be seen this is not the emergency room

All the doctors and nurses I've been seen by here have been amazing and wonderfully helpful, 5 stars for them all the way. The 3 stars overall is because it is next to impossible to get through to an actual person when calling in. Usually it'll end up telling you to call back later of leave a voice mail (which you may or may not get a return call). If you're really lucky, someone will actually answer and ask you to hold briefly then just never pick back up at all.

Doctors are 5 stars, but front office staff is 1 star easily.

The doctors are good espect Maria but the discharge lady is so bad about customer service and support! Billing department never returns calls and nobody is there to help you ! To be honest do not go to this clinic!

They're not good at answering calls or returning calls. Even the pharmacist says it's a waste of time trying to call them.

Such a terrible experience and we were only inside the building less than 2 minutes.. My wife and I walked in to try and make an appointment for us to be seen for check-ups since unfortunately, we both are without health insurance currently. We walked in smiling and friendly, like we both most always are, and not 4 steps through the doorway you could literally feel a very unwelcoming vibe.. We had to get basically all the way up on the counter before anyone could be bothered to look up or say "hi". It seemed extremely painful. None of the 3 ladies up front made any effort to make it look like they WEREN'T miserable with their jobs. It's always evident when you can tell someone isn't happy with their job. We told the receptionist/nurse (whatever position she held) that we had referrals to be seen there and even called the day before to make sure that the time we wanted to come was okay (and we were told that the doctor we were to see would be there first thing in the morning), and she tells us that this Doctor wasn't there yet. They open at 8 and we went around 10:30 so we asked her (nicely, I mind you), "Well we called yesterday and we were told she would be here, do you know when she will be in..?" The lady immediately got an attitude in her voice and said she had no idea when she would be there. How are you running a business like this? She was unnecessarily rude for no reason. So we will not be going back. We drove 35 minutes for nothing. Time wasted. I advise not to waste yours either.

Totally unprofessional and incompetent. Misdiagnosed me and I almost died. Spent six days in the hospital with tubes, monitors and needles everywhere.

I have tried 2 give this place a chance but EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I leave out angry! Very unprofessional, always giving out wrong information, i was told sliding scale is Tues & Thursdays & when I go turn my paper the lady at the desk says sliding will b back up at 4pm because the lady who's responsible 4 sliding is so going in lunch. I'm like ok who tf takes a 2 hr lunch! It was only 2pm. & if they do take 2 hr lunch then they should've stated that when I picked up the sliding scale form. I leave here for 2 years & come back & nothing's changed as far as their slack! I was n need of my meds so i just went ahead & paid my primary care 150 until I get my insurance back. I rather have paid 150 than 2 come back at this place & have 2 deal with my blood pressure goin up because y'all get me that angry. I tried with y'all but I just cant!

They don t update on file on the web, so there s no way for you to see your past or upcoming appointments, medical reports, nor test results(if applicable). Trying to get anyone on the phone, other than a receptionist, is a hassle. Trying to reach them via message from your patient portal, the turn around time for a response is almost non existent and the answers you re given is very vague. I asked about something that SHOULD have been in my file and was unable to get an answer. Why?! This is ridiculous.

My wife went there. We have insurance and still they refused to see us for immunization.! What the heck do you guys do then?

The therapists (especially Xavier) are wonderful and you have 24/7 access to them via text or a phone call (that's assuming all the therapist are as awesome as Xavier). O cannot say enough about my therapist. He's saved my life. He will stay in touch on the weekends or when I call him at 11pm he'll pick up and talk a half hour with me or as long as I've needed it. I could keep going on but getting to the doctors. Again I can only speak for my doctor (Dr Denise) but they are amazing, knowledgeable and thorough with every visit. Dr Denise has given me a new life. When I came to them I was completely depressed, hopeless and one step away from homelessness and living in a halfway house. My anxiety and depression prevented me from moving on with my life but with Xavier and Dr Denise's help (and some hard work from me) I now live in a house, own a car, have a nice job and my depression is better and my anxiety is too. It's really nice to know your doctor and therapist are one text away

This place saved my life when I did not have insurance. My blood pressure was running extremely high and I couldn't afford to take time off to go to the ER and wait for my blood pressure refills. Luckily someone in the ER one night let me know about this place and I was able to get an appointment before my pills ran out again. Busy, but staff was nice .

2 times could not give my child after I signed the paper work because we only have 1 doctor kids under 18.

The ladies at the front desk are the absolute worst! I am disgusted by the way they look and talk to you... Then i called them several times and no one answered the phone... This is not the first time ive called multiple times and no one answered the phone

The doctor and the lab technician were a pleasure to work with and treated me nicely but the with rest of the staff I felt like they didn't want to be bother with me everytime I talked to them. They incorrectly billed me so I called my insurance and they told me that my claim was incorrectly submitted and CW center had to resubmit it. I called the billing department several times and only got the voicemail that says leave your name you'd get a return call in 24hrs. I left messages and would never get a call back, so I go in and the receptionist takes my name and a copy of the bill and tells me that I will be call in 24hrs. I still don't receive a call back. I finally get through and the lady that answered the phone gives me attitude from the start even though I'm calmly trying to explain the problem to her. Dealing with this center is not worth it even if the actual doctor part of the visit is good. Please do yourself a favor an find someplace else to go.

I'm glad this place exists, one of the few places doing FREE COVID-19 tests that don't require you to have a car, CVS denied me because I don't have a car and couldn't go through the drive-through COVID test.

My only quarrel is that my results apparently are going to take 5-7 days to come back, which is significantly longer than anywhere else I've heard and kind of ridiculous, so be prepared for this. Thankfully I'm 80% sure my results will come back negative, but be weary of this if you require a speedy test. However, it is free and accessible if you don't have a car. Just bring an ID.

COVID tests start at 9:30am regardless of what else you might hear, I was told different times by different employees unfortunately, but mistakes do happen.

Everyone I spoke to was very kind and respectful, I waited outside since I was there to get tested and didn't want to be inside because of my possible exposure. There are signs posted inside that say "all patients will be seen regardless of ability to pay" which was great to see, this place strikes me as one of the few medical centers in Charlotte that actually cares about lower-income folk.

Professional staff and promote service. A Holistic approach is taken when the Nurses and Doctor consult with you. I've never felt rushed, and I always appreciate the attention to my personal details are taken seriously!

The nurses are nice but they are extremely SLOW!!! Will have you waiting for 2 hours or more when u have a scheduled appointment

Free covid test. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Staff was friendly. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. They even answered the phone when I called.

I was there last week and was turned away due to lack of documentations (they were asking for some non-relevant docs which I had never been asked for before for healthcare purposes, but I'm going to bring them in this week and see what happens). The lady at the dental front desk seemed, I don't know how to put this, but the vibes that I got. It just seemed like she was forced to be there. I believe in freedom, and that no one should be forced to work on something they don't enjoy doing. If you are reading this, please wink at me 3 times if you are being held hostage. 2 stars for free parking and helping out uninsured individuals.

Excellent attention!! I was there with my son for his pediatrician appointment. The Doctor, the staff and specially the nurse Madoyma were very kind with us. We definitely come back.

Not The Best Place But It's a Blessing for those who don't have the best health care Insurance like myself ...For that I thank God for This Place They Have Added New Doctors Looking to Change The Vibe

Calls are rarely returned.. Pharmacy calls to refill meds aren't returned & wait time is horrible.. What's the point of taking appointments if you still have 1+ hr wait time

So I had a long drawn out review I took it down because I have realized that when you go against the grain they will try to act like you re the problem so with that being said before you choose this place please do your research especially if you re use to peaceful and non ghetto operations there are better options out there. A few of the ladies at check in are rude and have bad attitudes. A newer female employee talks very loud in front of other patients about your personal bill and how much you owe. Very unnecessary..

CW Williams is a very caring place from the front desk staff, doctors and pharmacy....That is why I come here instead of a private doctor's office..They have been good to me...I don't understand all negative reviews on Google....This has Not been my experience at all!!

Hispanic man at the desk is very rude, doesn t speak to patients or offer any assistance regarding questions. Has an attitude and doesn t seem like he care for what he s doing or the patients.

Wasted 2 hours waiting there only for the front desk person to tell me I didn t have the correct documents. I gave whatever I could, based on what the lady on phone told me to bring. Not my fault the lady on phone didn t specify further what to bring. They were completely unsympathetic to my situation.

I have a sister and brother goes their and Dr.Jones and the other Doctors and nurses do an excellent job!

i have been going here since i was younger. I'm 16 the doctors are very nice. its just that they are very slow and they had this one foreign doctor and he didn't really know what he was doing. he had on a big hat with the character goofy on it. i just thought he was a big joke instead of the doctor. but overall its okay. :)

Will never go here again. Made am appointment with the dental clinic 2 weeks ago to get there today, and tell me, "we don't have you in here stupid

I have been a patient here for 10 years please do not proceed! Properly research and find you a more professional doctor's office to attend. I am now with a different primary care for not only me but my daughter as well. Good Luck!

This Clinic along with Dr. Watson is a dedicated group, that care for the community and their dental health. As we all know Dentistry is and has always been very expensive, but after going to Dr. Watson I will say that she and her team has did a Justice to the ones that maybe financially challenged to be able to get the Proper care that they may need. In addition Dr Watson is Dynamic in being able to give the right amount of dosage to satisfy me comfortably and allow me a very pain free experience.

I visited this dental clinic twice. Dr. Madulapally has been my dentist. Het treatments have been painless. She is an outstanding dentist. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a five star. Thanks to CW Williams for bringing her aboard. God bless her career.

If 0 was an option, that's what they'd get. Got there at 8am, appointment was at 830. Was told to fill out paperwork so thats what I did. When finished I went upstairs only to be denied service. The lady upstairs was rude as ever, and I got penalized and disrespected because I was told the wrong thing to do. The lady upstairs told me I should have been on time and that she needed to see other patients and I would need to reschedule. I WAS on time! I followed the instructions given when I arrived. I hate Charlotte. You can talk to 2 people and get 3 different accounts about what to do. Yes, 3 different accounts. The lady was too busy talking about her car. She was very nasty. Mind you, I had someone waiting outside in the rain since 8am, it was after 9 when I left. Just disgusted with the way I was treated. The appointment was for a dental emergency and I was told there were no openings until mid October despite none of this having been due to my own negligence

I called their office. I let the nurse know that my daughter will be a new patient and she needs to get her immunization updated. The nurse told me that they had "ran out of shots for children". I've lived in 4 different states and I've never been told by any doctors office that they've "run out of shots for children". I explain to her that my Medicaid had list them as her primary care physician and I'm just still confused by what the nurse meant by "ran out of shots for children". She then hangs up on me. I call the office back and it goes straight to answer machine. So I called my case worker and let her know of the poor service that they had just provided me and changed both me and my daughter's primary care physician.

I always have a great time here. They are honest and upfront. The pharmacy is the best too! I have even had times where walked in and they were able to fit me no problem.
