The doctor and the lab technician were a pleasure to work with and treated me nicely but the with rest of the staff I felt like they didn't want to be bother with me everytime I talked to them. They incorrectly billed me so I called my insurance and they told me that my claim was incorrectly submitted and CW center had to resubmit it. I called the billing department several times and only got the voicemail that says leave your name you'd get a return call in 24hrs. I left messages and would never get a call back, so I go in and the receptionist takes my name and a copy of the bill and tells me that I will be call in 24hrs. I still don't receive a call back. I finally get through and the lady that answered the phone gives me attitude from the start even though I'm calmly trying to explain the problem to her. Dealing with this center is not worth it even if the actual doctor part of the visit is good. Please do yourself a favor an find someplace else to go.
