Upon further investigation and much patients between iTel and our in house provider it was establish that a faulty cable was the problem and although we lost sales last night and today and our sales staff lost wages we do appreciate that iTel was more than willing to assist us and that specifically a gentleman by the name of Pierre was kind patient and informative. Hopefully this will be the end of our lack of good phone quality. Will update if necessary.They are still helping....Thank God.

Couldn't be happier, friendly, efficient, cheap. These guys go above and beyond!

Any business owner who is looking for an alternative to the Shaw and Telus monopoly out West should consider these guys. Out of all the telecom companies I've dealt with, Residential and Commercial, their customer service and rates are by far the best. They gave me the time of day to actually discuss what would work best for my needs and what would work best for my business. If my SMB needs did not change, I would be renewing with these guys. The engineers know what they're talking about and are there to support you.
