Nice hotel and friendly staff. Even in such a difficult time, the bar was open and always made delicious cocktails. The first hotel, where there was fresh juice every day and the Pinacolada was just super. The food, of course, is so-so, but you can always find something to eat. Yes, now all shops are closed , since it is out of season and covid, but 10 minutes and you can walk closer to the center and there are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. You can also go to the fantan show and the aquarium not far. And the sea is just super ...

We had the best time. Just home from 1 week all inclusive family holiday. The food, the waiters. The bar staff, the entertainment team, cleaners and Reception were all faultless and worked so very hard night and day. Nothing was too much trouble. We were near beaches and town. Our Thomas Cook rep was wonderful. 2 of our party needed medical treatment. Fantastic service. Thank you for a wonderful week. We can't wait to come back. We have totally fallen in love with Cyprus. Just spent a week here and it was awful, hotel was clean and food was ok but staff not very friendly, we were to have a room with a partial sea view but the only view was trees, not once in the time we were there could we get a sun lounger by the pool as people left towels on them all day, the outside of the hotel was under construction and all footpaths had been lifted it was very dangerous especially if it was dark. would have been fine if it wasn't so isolated and staff a bit more pleasant.

Excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient at their jobs. Food was good and very good selection Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. About a 20 minute walk to Protarus along the beach. Beautiful little coves and bays within easy walking distance.Easy access to buses at 1.5 euro a journey or 5 euro a day. There is a lot of work going on on the roads but didn't really impact on our enjoyment. Could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The only thing I didn't like was that their was only 1 key per room ... not very convenient at times

The property has already passed its heyday, but it does it. A large pool - extra deep, mostly 2.5m deep! Lots of sun loungers. Allinc formula. cool, the food is tasty, fresh and unreservedly. Moderate choice. The service was nice and helpful. Clean bed linen, even more towels. I can safely recommend it. If you've been to luxury hotels, you won't be satisfied. If you stay in 3/4-star hotels - not the most expensive ones - it will be ok. Covid's reality lacks infrastructure for children.

The hotel is very tired looking , needs updating , especially the bedrooms. building site outside. The water park next door has been derelict for 10 years.. The reception male when we arrived was very rude and dismissive.. Our flight was delayed with Thomas cook by a day, so the hotel gave our room away.. very upsetting start to our holiday. The rest of the staff were very friendly, especially the bar and food hall staff.

Communal areas very clean. Staff very helpful. Food basic and repetitive. Rooms dated , in need of upgrade/refurbishment. One small lift for all 7 floors (max 5 people). Recommended for short stay only.

Hotel for 3 stars. You can see that the glory years are behind him and the renovation of the equipment would come in handy. But I believe that this offer is adequate for the price and for people with a smaller budget. If you want luxury, do not enter Cyprus below 4.5 - 5 stars.

My family and I were on vacation for a week and what a fantastic experience we've had. From the entertainment, to the varied food and absolutely amazing staff service, I would definitely recommend a stay.

I'd like to particularly thank and recommend the restaurant manager Marek, who kindly offered to take our 9 month old son while we enjoyed our dinner. He's very friendly and charming, and makes sure you're enjoying mealtimes. Himself and the staff were very helpful and attentive; they made sure you were offered drinks at your table and made inquiries about the food.

The rooms were clean and organized with daily room service. The pool, bar, and restaurant areas were also kept clean and organized. If you're traveling with very small children you'll be happy to know that the high chairs are always kept extremely clean. The staff disinfect and cover the chairs with plastic wrap. The food is quite alright, something for everyone with a decent variety, and there were activities for the children as well as adults around the clock. The air conditioning was also a great plus! And the hotel is near the beach and other shops and restaurants. And I'll add that the bathrooms and floors were always clean!

My complaints would have to be about the elevator to begin with. They have two, and one was broken. It was a bit annoying to stand in a very small elevator with a stroller and five others while the other 500+ guests were also trying to go up and down in the lift. The second thing that was bothersome were the doors. They slam shut for whatever reason and you can hear them very loudly in the hallways. Your neighbors as well if you happen to have some in the room next over. This wouldn't have been such an issue if I didn't have a baby who wakes easy.

But overall if you're looking for a hotel with lovely staff and a great location, clean facilities, diverse food, and entertainment for the family, then this is definitely the place to stay.

Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!
