Love the place especially since the covid outbreak. I place my order and drive up and they put the groceries in the back of my car. They wear gloves and a mask. Trina and the rest are wonderful to work with! I am sold on the quality of the BYU brand of milk, yogurt and cottage cheese. Yum!
We ordered 4 1/2 sheets of brownies for my daughters wedding reception and they said they would sliced them. NONE of them were sliced. We had to slice them ourselves and it messed up the frosting and didn't look very nice. Before that we tried calling them several times leaving messages, but no response, so we ended up having to do it ourselves. We also ordered a hot chocolate bar which was not at all hot and the hot chocolate tasted spoiled. Besides being stored in a very ugly plastic container that in no way looks appropriate for a wedding reception table, the hot chocolate was a strange caramel color as if it was a cross between cider and caramel. The guests were complaining about it, so that brought it to our attention. We had to take it all back to the kitchen and not use any of it. The next day when we tried to get a discount on our "unsliced" brownies and the spoiled hot chocolate, we were told that it was too bad about the brownies because the slicing is free anyway, and the hot chocolate mix is the only thing they would reimburse us for. When I pointed out that I had to clean out a container that I didn't even get to use and return cups, straws, hot chocolate, and candies that I didn't get to use then I should be reimbursed for all of it. Reluctantly, they gave me my money back for the hot chocolate bar. I will NEVER do business with BYU Food to Go again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone either.
All the best items for a reasonable price. Well-run and convenient! Helpful and friendly staff always brings a smile.
Food isn't all that great. Servers were inconsiderate and always leave the place a mess. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Small convenience store up front with quick checkout and rarely busy or crowded (good parking). But the main thing is the food you can order from here. It is very good for a decent price. The mint brownies are amazing. Great for easy catering for events.
We ordered from here for our wedding dinner. The sides and desserts (eclairs, strawberry cake and chocolate cake) were delicious. But our main meat dish was the roast beef and it was dry . Pickup was easy. Everything came in easy to transport containers. Highly recommend except the roast beef.
Pick up catering location. Easy drive through. Also has a tiny little store front good for grabbing small stuff like pre-packed sandwiches, salad, BYU ice cream box/ bucket, or BYU brownies etc.
I just ordered food for my reception and it was wonderful! They are helpful and able to get you what you want in a timely manner that you need. I would recommend them to anyone

I recently ordered some items for a wedding breakfast. When I got home I realized that one of the items was incorrect. They were closed by then but they called me first thing the next morning and delivered the correct item to our event. Mistakes happen but the way things are handled and corrected is what s most important to me. I will definitely order from here again. Really great service and great food!
I am sad to say that I recently had the worst experience by food to go as of late.
Everything we received was stone cold, the ham was dry and had not even a regular ham flavor it was bland and sad.
The "roast beef" was in some of the driest and chewiest, and was barely edible.
The cheesy potatoes was so unflavored not even salt could help. Not helpful that all of this cold but I do not think that warming it would have done any better.
The two desserts were honestly a sad attempt at an apple and peach cobbler. I'm sorry but it was bad and our ward party was saddened by how much we spent for not a good amount nor good quality food.
I love BYU good to go! I go there often for various items. Everything from a gallon of milk to a donut every now and then!
This is another hidden gem in Provo They have some groceries, homemade soups, chili, some frozen meals, milk, cheese, ice cream & treats. BUT, the best thing is you can call and order the food, and NOT have to drive to BYU to pick it u. Navigating is hard, finding parking is harder! At this location(an old bank/credit union?), arrange a pick up time. Pull in the drive thru and they will deliver it to your car. Fabulous ! Pricing is very fair.Easy in, Easy out PS all moms who love REAL Holland (or Dutch) mints, they have then here on a shelf in a clear sour cream looking container.

If you ever need CLEAN WHITE table cloths for an event, this is the place to go. Expense is worth not having to clean them yourself.

We had a ward party for 350 people. The food was not ready to pickup as promised. We waited for over an hour to get our food and then only got half of it. They promised to deliver the rest of the order before the dinner started and were a half hour late. The food was acceptable but not great. They were very disorganized and unprofessional. We will not use BYU catering again.
This is a nice local place to buy the best ice cream. Priced well and convenient!

Gave my sister hot chocolate made with spoiled milk and didn't cut any of the brownies when they said they were. Manager originally said she was only going to refund the hot chocolate and not any of the toppings that went with it when NONE of it could be used. After my mom said that, she offered to just refund the hot chocolate and said that cutting brownies was a free service so they wouldn't be getting a refund on the brownies. THIS WAS FOR A WEDDING. WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO MAKE IT MEANS YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO DO SMALL THINGS SUCH AS CUTTING ALL THE BROWNIES DURING THE RECEPTION. THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH CARE TO DO SOMETHING THAT WAS SO SMALL THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR? DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON HAVING A WEDDING RECEPTION. BECAUSE YOU CAN'T COUNT ON THEM TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING RECEPTION READY OR IN OUR CASE FULLY EDIBLE WITHOUT GETTING SICK.... AND YES PEOPLE AT THIS RECEPTION GOT SICK. THANKYOU BYU FOOD TO GO

Byu Food to Go is a fantastic place to order treats and food for big events or even smaller parties. The food was ordered for a reception and we got eclairs, cream puffs, fruit trays, mint brownies, raspberry crumble cake and raspberry lemon cheesecakes. The pickup was seamless. We called them and they brought the order right out. It all tasted fantastic and was a big hit.
This is sort of a convenient store. The cashier was friendly and the products we purchased (yogurt, milk, ice cream and salad dressing) were very tasty.
Although this site caters and has a drive through, I did not use either.
There always seems to be enough parking here.
Great place to get your byu catered for it just some ice cream for you creamery cravings!
I'm still impressed with the quality and the volume capacity. They do need a way to predict volume, we had 30 dozen left over.

I ordered food for a ward Christmas party a week in advance. I had a pick up time for 5pm and waited over 2 hours to be told that they didn t have my food. There were probably 50 other people also waiting who left empty handed. They didn t offer any sort of compensation or any alternatives for food. I had to go back to our ward party an hour late with no food. It was the saddest and most embarrassing thing ever. Their process was chaotic and so weird. They would get truckloads of food prepared somewhere else and didn t know what anything was or where anything was. Terrible terrible terrible. They are cheap for a reason. And if you complain they just say oh well . Do not order from here
