Great staff, clean rooms.
Pools are open for one room at a time, very nice, all in all it's great except that it's so open, but it's a great way to stay for a 2 day trip.

We had a great stay here. The pool in the courtyard was wonderful. The rooms are stylishly renovated and comfortable. They were also very clean. We always enjoy returning to the Village Park Inn.

Big shout out to Ronald and Elena! Great job guys.

Manager Linda - You've ruined the complete experience for me.



I spoke with the manager while I was there and she said she will take care of it. But ofcourse, those were just empty words.

Best Western has to be more careful with products they use. And take responsibility for these kind of issues. Manager Linda clearly doesn't know how to keep her promises, but the staff there (Ronald and Elena) they are amazing.

We stayed 2 nites at the Village Park Inn. A nice clean quiet motel. It showed a bit of age but was priced excellently. I liked that we could park our car in the underground, out of public aand the weather. Acces to the streets and highway was very good.

The rate was good, otherwise it would have a 1 star rating. Drawbacks were: Hot tub was closed, when asked about it, said it was closed for many months. They didn t remove our towel from the bathtub after the first night nor was the room serviced/cleaned after first night and bathtub was plugged. Positives: courtyard pool was nice (hot tub unavailable though), friendly front desk staff, bagged breakfast was ok, underground parking nice. Stay at Holiday in down the road. They were much better.

The room I booked ( one queen bed ) was not the room I got (two queen beds), mistakes happen so I didn't say anything since it wasn't the biggest of problems and I was only staying one night.

However the shower was very slow draining with visible scum/stains around the drain and I found several Long black hairs in the tub that did not pertain to me as I am a male with short black hair and my partner has light brown. Found another hair on the bed.
A little bit concerning as cleaning should be more thorough considering the state we are currently in.
Thin walls as I could hear the neighbors conversation the whole time.

Made a request for a late checkout and still got a call at 11am asking if I was checking out soon.

The staff was amazing! The rooms were clean and bright! If I could give 10 stars I would! I ordered room service the food was really good and reasonably priced!

this is literally the WORTH hotel on earth! Have had the worth service and truly don't recommend this hotel to no one!
Was planning to have a nice weekend to relax since they do have a pool and a jacuzzi open even with covid and it turned out to a nightmare.
The hotel should change the front desk guy Ronald who, because of him, people won't never go back to this hotel.
The access to the hotel itself was a mess too. They didn't notify us on some streets around that were close, it took us around 2 hours to get there instead of 15/20 minutes. When I called gentilly to get some help of how to get to the hotel, the front desk hung up on me.

Very nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff is very helpful. Isha was very helpful on her service on food delivery. Manjula at Front office was even helped us on tourists attractions, his hits were really helpful. Hotel is located in a good location and have convenient access to all the amnesties. if you want to stay in west Calgary this is one of the best places.
