The CEO often hires people under the BW Group name, but once they’re brought in, the treatment changes drastically. Many employees face unfair practices and unreasonable pressure, leading to a toxic atmosphere. The environment is so negative that many end up quietly quitting rather than dealing with the ongoing stress and mistreatment. In conclusion, BW Solar is not a healthy or supportive place to work right now. Without significant changes in leadership and how employees are treated, I cannot recommend this company to others.
