My experience at BW Solar has been disappointing due to poor leadership and a difficult work environment. There is a lack of clear direction from the top, and the company seems to be moving forward without a solid plan, leaving employees feeling uncertain and frustrated.
The CEO often hires people under the BW Group name, but once they’re brought in, the treatment changes drastically. Many employees face unfair practices and unreasonable pressure, leading to a toxic atmosphere. The environment is so negative that many end up quietly quitting rather than dealing with the ongoing stress and mistreatment.
In conclusion, BW Solar is not a healthy or supportive place to work right now. Without significant changes in leadership and how employees are treated, I cannot recommend this company to others.
