Save your money! BuyerZone is a company that sells "Leads" to businesses. This company DOES NOT GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PAY FOR.

1. They assure you that their leads are "100% exclusive to you and 4 other competitors". That is a PURE lie. After calling on these leads for a while, you will find out that most of these leads are sold 10-20 times over. So instead of bidding against 5 people, you are bidding against TWO-FIVE TIMES THE AMOUNT YOU WERE SOLD ON.

2. THEY DO NO QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL. There is nothing more insulting than getting a "lead" in your inbox and reading the notes that clearly state " We only want to be contacted by companies in OUR AREA ONLY" and they still have the nerve to sell this garbage to their Clients.

They are quick to refund leads, that is the only redeeming thing about them, but if they implemented a Quality Control system JUST TO READ the notes or the email addresses, they would save their customers A LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND HEADACHE.

3. Expect NOT TO REACH AT LEAST 50% of these "leads". They live off of the assertion " we are only as good as the data we receive" and basically stick that to their customers. If you can't speak to half the prospects, there is no way to ascertain if the lead is valid.

4. Do NOT EXPECT ANYTHING THAT RESEMBLES CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only time you will hear from your Account Rep is ONLY when it's time renew your contract or you are threatening to cancel services.

Overall, it is a LOUSY way to try and build your sales division and company around. They won't disclose what affiliates they use for their media purchases, they are over priced, over sold and over all, you just can't trust this garbage. STAY AWAY.

You won't be in the zone with buyerzone. Should I say lack of buyers in this zone. They send unqualified leads, are overpriced, and its impossible to workout out any dispute. There are much better services out there. Avoid this one.

Buyer Zone impersonated me as a buyer. I am now getting phone calls and emails from sellers of data center services, collection agencies and office furniture. I called / emailed Buyer Zone and got no response. I reached out to the private equity firm invested in this business and complained. They Told me they passed The message but so far I keep getting calls/emails. Disappointing

Do not get locked into one of these contracts! I have not had one lead that was valid.

We found many of the leads to be unviable. Emails and phone numbers were incorrect or you simply NEVER heard back from anyone. We got maybe 2 customers from about 50 leads so it was not a good ROI at all. We did not have any issues receiving credits and Customer Service was responsive and polite.

Buyerzone does not send leads based upon the sellers needs. For instance I didnt do rentals and they kept saying they were not gonna send me those and refund the leads they sent. Never happened. The day after I cancelled my account the double charged me for the next month and refused to refund the money. These folks are just plain ole bad people to do business with.

Buyerzone provides leads that cost upwards of $25.00. While it seems like a lucrative form of marketing, Buyerzone provides fraudulent and bogus leads. They double charge the credit card on file for the same lead, charge for leads that are clearly not related to my industry as well as leads from direct competitors. When I spoke with a customer service agent (Scott Gannon) he was less than helpful. He wouldn't even transfer me to a manager after I requested several times. All I wanted was a refund for leads that were double charged or not valid. Stay away from these scammers and do not give them your credit card information. They will continue to charge the account without providing proof an invoice and proof of valid leads. I had to cancel my credit card. Save yourself the headache and work with a legit marketing company.

Do not use this service! Leads are not vetted, you will receive leads that will not respond after the lead request is submitted. You will get leads with false phone #s and non business emails. I have spent most of my time requesting credits on leads and they do not approve the credit request. You will be paying for BAD LEADS

I used this company for payroll, time-keeping, and insurance leads a few years ago. Their refund policy isn't fair to their customers. The leads are farmed out to 6 different providers usually which means the person requesting information is bombarded. I would not use them again as the quality of the leads themselves were weak.

Multiple times a week I will receive scam calls from BuyerZone. It is always some guy from India. He asks if he can send you a white paper about phone service. He has your name, email, and phone number already. If you say yes then a day later you get calls from Verizon, Intel, AT&T, etc. trying to sell you phone service. I work for a govt. agency and it is illegal to solicit a govt.
