I have been working with Dan Bickell from BT Local Business for a few months now in order to get our work system changed to BT Cloud Voice. Whilst the changeover and installation have yet to take place, Dan has to date been an absolute star. Always available. Has a good solution to every issue I raise. Nothing is too much trouble and he fills me with confidence.
Having said all that, the actual changeover has yet to take place! But I am very confident that it will be successful and any hitches or issues will be dealt with promptly and efficiently.
I will happily report on here when the change has taken place. I am sure it will remain a 5 star review. Whatever the case it will be truthful!!
After speaking with Jason Gee we switched sim supplier. Jason has been excellent and nothing is to much trouble always available when needed and is able to get little issues resolved quickly.
If you have a problem with your phones, go to your BT local Devon and Cornwall offices.. You will get a real person on the end of the phone, that will actually go that extra mile and help you.. Thank you Harriet.

Having struggled to close our account for over a month, with many hours of phone calls, eMails and letters, I contacted Matthew Charlick from BT Local Business and he resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Whenever I have dealt with Matthew he has always been very professional and customer oriented. I hope this is recognized by his employer, as he is a real asset to BT.
Unfortunately 2 months on and I must revise this review. Matthew's work did not lead to a positive outcome and we are now back to square one.
We had some big issues with a privately rented circuit from BT which were causing a huge interruption to our business.
After speaking to the ultra-efficient Chloe Fitchett at BT Local Business' South-West Branch, everything was sorted out incredibly quickly. Despite the problem not being a straightforward one, it was remedied the following day. Thanks to the manager Chris Nash, Chloe and the team. Great service. Thank you!

Without Kia Pope we would not have managed to get our upgrade of fibre and voice cloud sorted out. It did take 4 months and seemed at times that we would never get there but thanks to Kia we have made it! Kia has endless patience, always called me back if the call went to voicemail and was able to work miracles, I wish all BT would take a note of how to work with customers with a consistent contact to see the process through. I hope Kia benefits from this shout out!! Big thank you!
