This hotel is one of if not THE best i have ever been to. It has great service and great rooms, no complains about that. Also even if the pool and the restaurant(of the hotel) where closed you still had a great view of the beauty of the place. The restaurant next to it was amazing as well, we got a voucher to that restaurant since the hotel restaurant was closed due to the pandemic.
Overall 10/10 for me!

If you are looking for some relaxing time, if you are not a shop addicted person desperate to be close to the city center and its many shops, then this is probably, the best place to stay.
It is located at the periphery of Sibiu, by car only a few minutes from the city center, in the middle of nature, near a beautiful park, the town's Zoo and its Museum of Village "Astra".
Its service offer is almost complete, there are few to none things you might ask for and not get them here at the Hilton Hotel, while the quality of the services is almost impeccable.
Positive: the location, the outdoors, the outdoor activities you might enjoy, the service offer, the quality of the services.
Negative: the terrace" Camara Boierului" could be better, with more attentive service and the addition of a vegetarian menu.
Suggestions: the personnel from "Camara Boierului" terrace should wear Romanian traditional clothes and be better trained.
Recommend the place: Yes, definitely!

I went at a wedding here. I guess I can recommend Royal Ballroom for this kind of events. The hall, or service is nothing special compared with the other restaurants in town, but the nice garden is a big plus for the location.
A classic style hotel, kind and helpful personnel, diverse breakfast, yet it needs refurbishing .
Very cosy, exclusive place with fantastic Teppanyaki food. 10 course menu, all you can eat, for only 35.00 per person. (see picture of Menu). The food was very good, service very attentive. Can recommend it.
Select place with professional personal. The food is tasty and very good. During the hot summer it is recomanded to be there because the colder temperature from the nearest forest and vegetation.
