Having struggled to close our account for over a month, with many hours of phone calls, eMails and letters, I contacted Matthew Charlick from BT Local Business and he resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Whenever I have dealt with Matthew he has always been very professional and customer oriented. I hope this is recognized by his employer, as he is a real asset to BT.
Unfortunately 2 months on and I must revise this review. Matthew's work did not lead to a positive outcome and we are now back to square one.
