Gwyn Lewis represented us and he got a quite amazing result given the circumstances. The ban range was 18 to 24 months and he got it down to 16 months. I explained to Gwyn Lewis, who handled my case, what my financial situation was and where I was up so far with the courts... I was convinced I was going to be disqualified from driving due to how aggressively the police handled the situation at the time. I even entered a guilty plea to both charges against me.

I knew I was poorly educated on the law and needed advice at this point and contacted several companies that offer similar services. I was quoted ridiculous prices in comparison and came across all kinds of scare tactics along the way, which just made everything feel like it was getting worse. I'm very savvy with old school tactics and time pressure techniques to 'close a deal' but that didn't change how daunting the experience was. Gwyn Lewis one of the team from Burton Copeland represented me in relation to an alleged offence of driving without due care and attention. Gwyn gave me sound advice and guided me through the whole process. I did not have to book any time off works Gwyn represented me and got the prosecution to review the original charge, as a result I received 4 points for speeding instead of the 9 points the prosecution wanted to give me and a considerably smaller fine. Where does one start when you want to share your story about a company and a man who made a massive impact on your life.
Well, it has to be the beginning of the story I guess.
Having been driving for nearly 40 years and not having any motoring offences blemishing my licence I made a very, very bad judgement call and committed quite a bad speeding offence and was set for prosecution by the courts, April 2021.
Due to the seriousness of the offence I was facing a Ban to which means my job as a delivery driver, my sole income was at risk.
