This company has all sorts of other companies helping them run their business. Ultimately they denied my family a claim that should have been very straight forward and easy to complete. They had a 3rd party adjuster that didn't even come to my site. Their staff doesn't interpret the policies as they're written and ultimately they were evasive with the writings in the policy to try to support a denial that should have occurred.

I call this company and the guy who I spoke with wasn't clear on the phone and was difficult to understand and when I asked him to speak up..... he cut the call.....
