Natasha and her team would have to be one of the most dedicated and responsive agencies in London. From applying, interviewing and starting a booking with one of their clients to actually being supported whilst in the position. I ve never had an agency truly care about the client, the maternity nurse and everyone involved wellbeing once they ve received their booking fee. Natasha, the director, personally keeps in touch with those who work through her and after several lovely positions with this agency I ve realised that parents/clients have the same level of respect and attention to detail from Natasha also. Whenever a family in London or abroad ask me for agency recommendations to find household staff, particularly childcare, I only recommend Burlington as I know their screening process and application criteria is second to none. I ve heard of agencies just wanting x number of CV s to present to families without worrying about the credentials and experience of the candidates. Whereas Burlington really only puts the best of the best forward so that clients can genuinely feel that they have competitive choices for who takes on such an important role in their family s life. An absolute pleasure to work with them.

My interview went well but for some reason, they dismiss me a lot and would claim "you need ___ experience" and I clearly told them I did in the interview, it's on my cv and I have amazing references and experiences to back everything up. It was so strange. They did not even respond and would often dismiss me about job inquiries. Very rude and unprofessional. I've heard the same from other nannies, so I'm telling other nannies and parents how I've been treated. I will recommend other agencies who were more helpful, which lead me to find great work now.

Natasha at Burlington Nannies, is definitely one of the most supportive agencies in London. I have been with the agency for three years. Natasha placed me in a rota nanny job with a family, she was so professional, happy, helpful and always checked on how I was getting on, and didn t just ignore me after placing me with the family, like a lot of other agencies. She was always there for advice and listened to me what ever time of the day. She cares about both nannies and families, and will do her best to place nannies and families which are the right match together. I would definitely recommend this agency to families and nannies.

Ive been with Burlington Nannies for 12 years and during that time they have found me two really good jobs. Burlington has been amazing and very supportive. Even when I have found roles through other agencies they have been happy to help me with my contracts and offer advice and support. What I really like about Burlington is the very the fact they are easily accessible. Happy to take my calls outside of office hours and are not regimented to 9 to 5. A very transparent agency that has been a great help over the years.

When I first inquired about registering with them it was mandatory to have some experience before joining their books like any reputable agency! I was advised to complete a few courses recommended by Natasha as I wanted to work solely with new-borns/infants. I also did a few work placements (free work experience) with other childcare providers to enhance my chances of gaining employment when going forward for any of their jobs/roles.
