My interview went well but for some reason, they dismiss me a lot and would claim "you need ___ experience" and I clearly told them I did in the interview, it's on my cv and I have amazing references and experiences to back everything up. It was so strange. They did not even respond and would often dismiss me about job inquiries. Very rude and unprofessional. I've heard the same from other nannies, so I'm telling other nannies and parents how I've been treated. I will recommend other agencies who were more helpful, which lead me to find great work now.
