Burj Al Arab Hotel Review

While the food was nice, it's not as nice as one paying that price could expect.

Always experience it times.
The room service is very good. Although the price is high, the quality is good

Food is good but the price is too high. If you want to include three meals, you still have to consider.

I went for the World Cup Horse Race and was blown away by the level of service. I see why it has 7 stars. 24 hour butler service. The suites are like a gorgeous NYC apt. It was an experience to remember. If you ahve the chance I say GO, SEE DO!!!

I don t want to write about luxury 7 stars Hotel but! I have to write the truth.. I stayed first day Eid one night.. I was calling for confirmation email for my booking...
First time in my live I face such as this problem with hotels in and outside country!
They dedicated amount of security deposit which not refunded still for more than 15 days. When I call them many times their system is down! Really poor service and poor communication. Long process and bad experience.

Interesting. Nothing besides :) Well-known, so it attracts tourists. From observation - I guess tourists like it in general. You can see it from several pages. If you choose a location from the beach, you can fly off and by the way see it, take a picture, wait from the list :)

Top class, without words, really gorgeous and very impressive !!! The view from the VIP Lounge is very special! The whole hotel is lined inside with very, very much gold leaf. If you can not live right there, is worth a trip to this extraordinary hotel.

I was in many places.. but that was amazing. Beauty, shine, purity, luxury, perfection. Wonderful hotel, excellent service! An unforgettable moment of my life!

Just a ordinary beach actually, but if you want to take photo with the Buj Al Arab Jumeirah, this place is a good one

A once in a lifetime hotel with great views and fabulous service

Just finished dinner at Al Mahara which was recommended as one of the exceptional dining experiences in Dubai. This place is more hype than delivery. It is a beautiful venue, but service from the beginning was awkward compared to the many truly exceptional places we have visited across the globe. I would have expected Michelin star excellence in terms of service, quality, and follow through for the extraordinarily high price and marketing propaganda, but was sorely disappointed with the single exception of the sommelier, Gabriel, who was both knowledgeable and personable, and also provided exceptional service.

After dropping >$1500 in the restaurant the two of us requested to grab a quick drink at the Skyview bar. We were told that they were "booked" and that, had we told them when we sat down we would like to have a drink there, that they would have had more "luck." Oddly, this was never offered as an option, even after we ordered the most expensive, high-end tasting with wine pairing option on the menu. Given the clientele around us and their behavior/dress at Al Mahara, I have no doubt that those who "booked" space at the bar were not the kind of clientele that would have been repeat customers as we would have. Please note that the guidelines for attire are loose at best, and there didn't seem to be any strict enforcement.

I had a colleague who grew up in Dubai who had indicated that it was far more a tourist trap than an exceptional experience, but I unfortunately followed through with the reservation. anyway. Another foreshadowing of a poor experience was when we told the concierge at your hotel that we were going to be having dinner at Al Mahara; and he seemed to scoff at the idea, but was hopeful nonetheless in answering our questions on transportation there.

We have had two far better dinners at Amaseena at the Ritz and were treated like royalty each time. We will definitely go to Amaseena again, and would highly recommend it to all others.

We will definitely not be going back to Bur al Arab. Ever.

The most beautiful hotel I've ever seen in my life.

If you have the money to spare, it's definitely worth a visit. The internal design is breathtaking and the service from the personal is infallible. I also recommend a visit in the skybar during the sunset, incredible view and one of best drinks I've ever had (although some of them were abit on the pricier side).

A good place to have breakfast and get to see the iconic place.

Once in a lifetime experience. Everything was just perfect. They treated us like a royalty. They gave us a complimentary birthday cake for our daughter.We had a high afternoon tea. It was just amazing!

It is one of the best hotel i have ever been to. The great environment there makes you full of joy. The Jumeirah beach close to the hotel gives you opportunity to have morning walk along the beautiful sea shore in the cool air. Wild wadi waterpark ticket is also provided if you book with this hotel which is also very good.

It is The Icon Of Dubai. It Has a Helipad On The Top .It Is a man Made island and the service given to customers Satisfy your needs.

Excellent hotel, the staff at the hotel is friendly, trying to fulfill all the wishes, we took the room overlooking the sea, very nice view from the window, the room has everything you need, really enjoyed the individual tour * Dinner on the Cruise Boats * everything was on the level, we did a lot photos, special thanks to the company "SHAN TOURS" and the girl Guzel, who helped us from the very beginning. Best launch experience we had on the top 27 floor!! Amazing!!

Dinner here was underwhelming. The food was not the best and it was completely foggy the night we went so we had no view whatsoever.

Science fiction and reality merged together in an unforgettable panorama. Too much above "human" availability (read not by Emirates ...)
