Very impressive building, where you can see how imagination can be realized with enough money. Size and shape are unique. The show around it in the evening with water and light show is fantastic and will be remembered for a long time. A visit to the observation deck is a must, although days 124 and 125 are quite enough. The upper platform 148 is not worth the extra money.

7 star luxury hotel - I am a Dubai resident and heard a lot about this Iconic hotel. I booked lunch at Al Iwan restaurent for my family & guests (Not for food) but to have world class experience.
Booking procedure: My call quickly connected to F&B and based on my preference (I am pure vegetarian), they recommended Al Iwan which is on First floor.
Time: Thy tool almost 10 minute to take my booking which is worth as they explained everything from Menu, dress code, options available for Veggie etc
Food: It was perfect, to our surprise their Chef met us personally and ask their staff to serve Indian food specially prepared for us.
Price: Expensive but worth spending
Views from Restaurant: Amazing
Overall experience: Since we had confirmed booking, we got 7 star treatment start from entrance, also got a chance to view the hotel from lobby and certain area.

Writing this just as a mere spectator.

I believe this deserves 7 STAR on the Google maps ratings.

Never had the privilege of going to the Burj Al Arab, but alway dreamed that one day I'll be capable enough, ever since the inception of this project, just like how this project was an inspection for Dubai to put itself on a global level, I too was inspired by the sheer engineering and luxury and every bit of painstaking effort that went into building this marvel. Funny as it may sound, but even though I've never been inside I have this feeling that I can navigate around easy, thanks for the hundreds and thousands of pictures I've seen, and not to forget the National Geographic / Discovery channel / YouTube documentaries about this. Be it the iconic AD of tennis that was played on the helideck or the underwater restaurant, everything is very clear in my mind like I've been there and stayed there for a day or two.
Not sure What! When! Why! How!
but I hope to be there ATLEAST ONCE

Very pricey, but it had great amenities and great experience. Try the tennis court and look at hotel from jumeirah beach at nighttime when the hotel is lit in different colours. Such a great view

I have been in Skybar. I don't care too much on nice view or whatever - this you have in better places in Dubai, it's the atmosphere with the waiters and the cocktails itself what is great here. And obviously the hotel - amazing
