A very incompetent company. They do not respect the terms of the contracts they sign. They do not answer phone calls and do not reply to emails. They avoid contact, unless the case goes to court, then of course the response is very quick. Additionally, they sell yachts that they do not own and which have a bailiff. The only place where they can be referred is to the court and the tax office for financial fraud. Sorry, because the cooperation was really going to be very good. Avoid them like fire.

Be carreful with renting a boat make sure you know all problems of the boat before you sign after checkin
- as we sailed over starboard, water came in the right rear bedroom the mattress and the bedding and a lot of clothes were wet from the water (I took the mattress and the bedding and my stuff out of the room every morning for 2 weeks before we went sailing)
- the 2nd reef rope was stuck in the boom so we could not put a 2nd reef if there is a lot of wind you remove more sail, I had to remove the whole sail a few times because I could not put in the 2nd reef
- all mast lighting was broken they tried to make this before departure and that didn't work so I got a camping lamp
- after 1 day of sailing there was a crack in Genoa I called and they came to choke on the sail
- the KTN meter (speed meter) did not work they said we had to dive under the boat and clean the wheel a bit. (we did and still did not work) because of this you cannot use the chartplotter properly
- the Dingy emptied not in the aforementioned 3 days but after half a day one side of the Dingy was completely limp and had to be pumped up for each use
- the salt water tap did not deet and was broken off when you turned on the tap, a terrible odor came out
- the service battery did not work the battery ran out so quickly that we could only use the fridge when the engine was on so we had to throw away a lot of food
- the water pump pushed the water under the tap, so that the sink was full of water we had the pump out all the time
- there was only one safety cord on the back deck and it immediately broke off on the first day
there were still a few things like cracks in windows etc but they belong to a used boat
End of the season and lots and lots of damage on the boat had to find out on the way and they knew already a lot before i got on the boat water coming inside when sailing on starboard side reef rope stuck in mast no mast light at all (the gave a camping light) completely dead empty service battery and lots more promised a discount but nothing in the end shame on you Burin
Watch out with this compagnie!!! We had a really really bad experience It was in the end of the season and the boat was in real bad condition with lots of problems (the knew the problems already) As soon as we started to mention some problems they went in defend mode by the time it was clear the problems where to big (water coming inside the boat) they promised as discount. when returning the boat they suddenly know nothing anymore
and there you are, the last day in a crowded office with them telling you can write a letter with your complaints to the headquarters
I've chartered the sailing yacht here and I'm very satisfied. Yacht was in good condition and service was very helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.
