Have wanted Burberry trench for a long time so was excited to try one on. The staff could not have been more helpful and really took the time to help me find they cut that best suits my body shape. There was no sales pressure and the buying process was very easy. We were served by Parisa. Thank you for your help.

One of the most beautiful places that give special attention to the god

Not my favourite Burberry shop in London but it is ok. The staff could be special at times and will not give you the proper attention you deserve. I tend to get to other Burberry stores like the one in Knightsbridge instead. their selection is not always the largets one but, at the end of the day it is their flagship place...

My last visit was not very pleasant. The staff were rude and did not even bother to offer help. The prices have also gone up

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always feel very well looked after here. The staff are not only friendly and knowledgeable but genuine. They're not trying to make you buy something you don't want, it's like shopping with a friend who wants you to look good :).

The private shopping team here and especially Javier Soriano provide the most wonderful shopping experience we have found anywhere in the world. The clothes are simply fantastic, the styling advice is very skilfully delivered. Although some items are very expensive, many really excellent pieces are not. British tradition blended perfectly with great tailoring and leading edge fashion. Can't wait to come back.

My favourite store in the whole of London this place is fantastic clothes are awesome and the epitome of being English. If you are truly British having some Burberry clothes is a rite of passage. The staff are incredibly friendly surroundings are absolutely luxury at its finest.

A few blocks away from the Flashship store on Regent, the New Bond store had everything you're looking for, without the gazing tourists. Staff is particularly friendly and interested to help.

I would highly recommend seeing Franc Tchakounte if you are looking for excellent service and expertise when buying a suit. He made a stressful event enjoyable and I doubt there is anything he doesn't know about tailoring a suit to fit your needs.
