Bunnings Warehouse Review

Had to go looking for someone to assist. Very helpful - carried goods to checkout and went to get a trolly and load goods onto it for me. Would have given 4 stars but for the long wait

Staff not friendly or very helpful and was refused a powerpass transaction by the guy in the tool shop from a barcode on my phone. Be warned this is not correct, i went to another Bunnings and they did it without any questions asked. I will never go to this store again.

Large warehouse with range of products. Close to our home.

I found the Globe I was looking for while my wife ordered a sausage sizzle, great start to the day, staff were friendly and efficient.

Lots of aisles full of merchandise. Can be hard to find staff if you need help.

Tonight I had some shopping to do at Bunnings in Belmont. Firstly i had a return which was dealt with by two friendly young girls at the Returns counter. They couldn't have been more courteous or helpful.
But whilst I was looking in the tiles section for my kitchen splashback not one assistant came to ask me if I needed help, which I certainly did. I was trying to find the price of tiles i had chosen and although I did see two workers in the area neither bothered to come over to me so i decided to go home instead. Maybe they were busy doing other things but just a wave from them to say they wont be long would have been enough to keep me there.

Bunnings is my most favourite store. Everything im looking for i can find. Staff are friendly and have a great deal of knowledge.

Had to wait 10 minutes + for help lifting heavy item into car but lovely 'greeter' Georgia took it upon herself to do the heavy lifting herself when she was relieved at the door. Had previously seen a younger employee busy stocking shelves and 3 older guys having a good old natter way back in the store. Thank you Georgia!

Quick and easy plenty of help if needed always someone on the floor

A fairly typical Bunnings store with a large variety in all areas.

Love Bunnings. But sadly dont sell 'Hot Rocks' anymore. They were 'logs' of compressed what looked like sawdust covered in chsrvoal. Great for open fires and spaceheaterd to start. So sad about that. Will need to google to find

Wonderful place to shop, always find what you want at a fair price. Staff are lovely and always make us welcome.

Bunnings Belmont is extremely well stocked! I believe you can build a home just from shopping here alone!

I visited this particular depot as I needed a few tools and items, fixing my new family home.

I did not have to go anywhere else to find what I was looking for. It is the one stop shop for everything you need to do home and gardening repairs and or fixtures.

The customer service was on point and very helpful. I was well guided and the prices were more reasonable than I thought!

They have a play area for those that have little ones and a coffee shop for those that just want to relax for a little a bit while they do their shopping or after.

Great except only one check out operator I don't like self checkout but had to use one.

Good range of products, most staff are very helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Ben in the tool shop, a real gentleman.

Large Bunnings however the staff aren't very helpful compared to other Bunnings stores. It's hard to find staff to help you and many of the checkouts aren't open that cause lines.

Bunnings is always a win! Parking here can be tricky but it's just because it's a corner block on a set of traffic lights. Has small but decent garden centre too.

Some staff need to be retrained on customer service and product knowledge before coming to work. I asked 2 male staff members about coarse sand for propagation and was directed to building and construction area. On the way I walked pass the Special order desk and enquired there with a lady who assisted me with unprofessional, uncaring, unhelpful attitude. It seemed that she was bothered by me even though she was not even doing anything before I approached. Excuse me, you are at work! I asked her to look up a product code for me and direct me to the right section. I showed her with the product detail on the website on my phone. The staff only had a brief look and then said "we dont have it". I said your website stated clearly that it is in stock here. She then replied maybe over there somewhere in aisle 1 (building and construction) without even bothering looking it up in the system. Why would you be equipped with a computer in front of you then? I ended up wasting 15mins in the incorrect section and then eventually found the item myself (located in the gardening section which is totally opposite). I visited the store at around 1.30pm today 8th June 2020. Love Bunnings but some of your staff need to be retrained.

Don't hire anything from them. The trailer didn't even have a D shackle and they couldn't be bothered even helping out. Useless. Attitude was rubbish more than anything.

Bunnings appear to have great advertising about how cheap they are but apparently have forgot that they actually have customers. I phoned to ask if a certain product was in stock and was put on hold and after 8 minutes I hung up. By this time I had driven to the store as I was driving past anyway. I showed a staff member the product code in the Bunnings app and was told there were 30 in stock and I could I could find the item in a certain aisle and bay. Went to said location and although clearly the right location of that category of products the item could not be found. Back to staff member who paged someone for assistance. After 6 more minutes and no assistance. I walked out and spoke to another staff member to complain about the lack of service and was told basically it's the culture of Bunnings as there is not enough staff and poor communications. Hopefully I have left out enough details to not identify the staff members. The problem is not staff but rather management having no idea what is going on at the coal face.

Guys and girls are more than happy to help and there are great bargains. Oh and the sausage sizzle.

I went in there for one thing and had to wait inline for like 10 minutes to get threw checkout as the self service wasn't open. If it was open they wouldn't have a line of customers who want to get home when they finish work at 5

You can get just about anything you want at Bunnings but getting good assistance & service is a real challenge as they don't have a lot of staff & very few trained. Basically you are on your own at Bunnings so you need to know about what you want so do your own research first unless it's something simple.

Great location just off Abernethy Road. Had got some good deals there over time with Black Friday specials on tools providing great saving. Went garden section today to get a few more late season tomatoes. Also found an interesting plant that I never seen before, Mouse Melon. Cool that they have a little more than just he generic basic selection.

Always easy to find a park, good range of products.

The staff are friendly and it is much like any other Bunnings, however my main concern with this store is consistent lack of stock and/or tardiness in restocking particularly in the garden care section. I have often found this store to be short of stock only to go to the Cannington Bunnings and it has what I was looking for.

Always good value and conveniently close to home. They don't always have what I need, but they do have a lot of stuff. And you can spend a bit of time wandering around trying to find what you're after (which can be shortened quite a bit if you aren't stupid like me and ask a staff member).

The best well stocked hardware store with excellent staff very polite and helpful.

Can't go wrong. Didn't like having my receipt checked to see if I'd stolen anything, but they've got to do what they've got to do I guess.

Was spoken to rudely by a couple of the older ladies near closing time, saying pay up and get out. Was no speaker announcements or anything saying the store was closing. Need to train these ladies up on customer service, when I questioned about the lack of announcements got shouted out from about 20 to 25 m away.

I rarely leave any Bunnings unhappy. Staff are friendly, informative and honest.

Bunnings is Bunnings doesn't matter where you go to which one. It's like all staff are told what to say, how to say it. They all greet you like they know you and passing 20 odd from the front door down to the back to get something responding to everyone so you don't appear rude because they don't know you have already said hello, yes I'm fine and no I don't need any help to 16 others before you got the "hi, how are you, can I help you" from number 17 Thanks Bunnings

After being somewhat disappointed with a Bunnings store in the NE with their lack of service, my faith has been well and truly restored by both the Belmont and Midland stores who went out of their way to support me. They not only provided enough product to finish my gardening project, they gave me a very nice discount on this discontinued product!...One very happy customer who will continue to be a regular Bunnings customer (Well maybe not at the NE store) Kudos Bunnings!!

It's a bunnings. You have been here before and you will be there again. The only down side to the Belmont Bunning is that the two times I have been there there have been an undesirable element having around the entrance. This time I was confronted with a wasted, shirtless man who had messed his pants and last time it was a full blown crack head intent on harrassing people for money. This however is just my experience.

I waited to be served in the information desk to ask assistance in getting spray paint but was ignored by the personnel in the desk. Instead of at least recognizing that there was a couple.of person lining up to the information desk, he went straight to the door and stood there, with not a lot of people really coming in or.going out.. I left the line and went straight to him to ask who I would go.for assistance about spray paints and he said it was him as he holds the key to it. I tried to tell him that he could've at least told us in the line that he will.attend to us after he attends to the door instead of ignoring us, but he reverted into an argumentative tone. I said, I was just trying to give a feedback about prioritizing tasks as he saw us clearly.lining up for the information desk but he chose to go straight to door.duties w/o saying anything to us. So rude and so unwelcoming..

Cancelled my online order due to no stock, but holding my payment without refund.
Have to called few time to get my refund, bad customer service.

Usually its good. But we had some grumpy young blonde hair girl with attitude. Our receipt that thanked us for shopping there was more friendly then her. We gave 3 stars because there was a dark skin chick from Sudan who was very friendly and professional as well as a young man with a beard and glasses who was very helpful.

Plenty of products but not a lot of staff to serve you
