Unfortunately I was kicked out of the shop, because i didn t buy anything.. Too bad, because i did like the clothes (maybe coming back another time). But the male store employee was very rude to me (shouted: get out & waved me out of the store). The attitude was super inappropriate.
Nice inexpensive clothing store. You will be well advised, thought and helped here. Owner is always very helpful and friendly.
Actually, I would like to give 0 stars. A product bought in the sale but what turns out to be a bad buy and can not be exchanged.
Was very happy with it, however, after wearing a part of the day, the pants have become at least one size larger and I can open them without zip and pull them down over my buttocks. In other words 'that does not look like'. After telephone contact it is indicated that it is not possible to exchange, return or get a voucher and that in the store it would be reported that the pants would run out. There is a lot in the store but not that the pants would run out, then I would have bought a size smaller or have not gone over to purchase. I can put pants in the closet that will not be worn, waste or money or I would even like to say theft. The lady who spoke to me was extremely friendly and understanding, however, the owner Stephanie clearly in her message that a product from the sale could not be returned because this would not be the conditions. The condition with purchase was not that it would be a size 40 but a size 38 and therefore does not meet the expectations or promise of the store. Last time I've shopped here. Too bad because she sells nice brands.
Bad service. I bought a shirt for my girlfriend one size bigger (L) because they told me that M was in the other shop but they called and tomorrow they will send to the shop the size M. I called them one day later, only one day later and they told me than they sold the size M and if a want another size M, I have to go to the other shop to change the size L that I bought. I have to go???!!!
Last time I buy here. No shame people.
