Some staff need to be retrained on customer service and product knowledge before coming to work. I asked 2 male staff members about coarse sand for propagation and was directed to building and construction area. On the way I walked pass the Special order desk and enquired there with a lady who assisted me with unprofessional, uncaring, unhelpful attitude. It seemed that she was bothered by me even though she was not even doing anything before I approached. Excuse me, you are at work! I asked her to look up a product code for me and direct me to the right section. I showed her with the product detail on the website on my phone. The staff only had a brief look and then said "we dont have it". I said your website stated clearly that it is in stock here. She then replied maybe over there somewhere in aisle 1 (building and construction) without even bothering looking it up in the system. Why would you be equipped with a computer in front of you then? I ended up wasting 15mins in the incorrect section and then eventually found the item myself (located in the gardening section which is totally opposite). I visited the store at around 1.30pm today 8th June 2020. Love Bunnings but some of your staff need to be retrained.
