Great place and good food! It was not the best food but deserve 4 star. Burger was okay.

Food was good but a bit pricey. I think more than half off their appetizers were over 20 bucks. Cocktails solid though and that butter cake...

A great place to meet your friends and at very convenient locations. The appetizers (asparagus and calamari) were very tasteful. The bone-in fillet was cooked perfectly. The new york strip steak is the go to meal. Dessert is next and I'm scanning the menu, but the after dinner drink selection looks great too. Service is great.

Delicious food, service is out standing and is very comfortable. Can't wait for my next visit!

The food was quite delicious and expertly made. The wait staff was very kind and friendly and was helpful in ordering the food. Neither my date or I went for the steak (which is the main menu items) but our seafood came out delicious and flavorful. The cocktails are excellent and have a nice balance of flavors. The cozy amotsphere of the booths is great for a date night and affords one comfort in a restaurant setting.

98% really great all the time.... food, service, valet ( which should be free considering the cost of tree food ).

Very good drinks...poor to average food. I had the bone in Ribeye steak which came oversalted and I went Surf/Turf with some scallops....why did they put two individual dinners on one plate is beyond me.....so presentation on the palte sucked. My wife had the grilled salmon salad which she said was pretty good, salmon wasa bit overcooked (dry) but otherwise good. I would not recommend coming here especially for the price.

Ordered the grilled cheese sandwich. Had too much horse radish and it was too spicy for me. Plus they loaded it with arugula which I hate. My friend had the chicken and papaya salad. Papaya was not ripe and she couldn t eat it with a fork or a spoon so she just left it. Food was so-so. Ambiance was very old looking. Service is fabulous. But I won t be back

Service was awful. Maybe because it was a Friday night during Newport Beach restaurant week but Sean was TERRIBLE. 40 minutes into our reservation and no drinks nor had we ordered. Two people ordered a drink and he only brought one. Once the food came, he never came to check in on us. The only thing that came efficiently was the bill.

Food tasted great. That is the only saving grace. Blacked salmon was superb! Corn chowder was too sweet. Chocolate mousse was fantastic. Their Parmesan bread rolls were excellent.

The wine list never has the rare wines they propose to sell.

Ordered a steak that came too well done, when I mentioned nicely was brought a steak that was almost raw. Terrible experience.

This is absolutely one of the finest place to eat in the area. Always when I visit this place I am extremely satisfied. They maintain their very high standard service and the highest level of dishes they offer. You surely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.

This spot is worth a visit. They serve big portions for affordable prices. Regularly well organized and with great vibes. Would recommend to others.

The food was as good as advertised. They are known for their steaks which I had, and it was delicious. Two of my friends had the sea bass which they both loved, and the other had the rack of lamb which she said was great. Liked the atmosphere. I was surprised that my steak was undercooked, and the waiter was more chatty than attentive, but I enjoyed the experience. I'd go back

Service excellent,valet,mahi mahi tender & juicy. Wild rice cheey-not quite done but tasty w/cranberries. Sexy inside, patio sunny & breezy.

The tequila was way overpriced. A tourist trap ripoff. I would go accross the Highway to Gulfstream. Much better food and drinks.

Really excellent. Just returned from a birthday dinner. Lamb the best I ever had, the special, Halibut just excellent. Service just couldn't be better, be sure to ask for Bob. My ONLY suggestion would be soft dinning music. Bungalow, consistently, reliably excellent

Nice restaurant..great service. Fish was really good. Friend got the lobster roll, she said it was excellent.

Will definitely return on next visit to the Bay Area.

Wonderful spot for lunch. Aside from their regular menu - which has a nice selection - they offer a special $10 lunch menu with several choices. The Grilled Mahi Mahi with Wild Rice Salad is one of my favorites. The Bungalow Burger is also quite delicious.

This place offers awesome service and delicious menu. My favourite spot around town. The food came out fast and the rates were economical. Highly recommended.

As always, we had a great table and the Sea bass, filet & lobster were amazing, our server Bob was a terrific compliment to our meal.... We will be back

I certainly loved their dishes and service, good area to my apartment. The cashiers are always nice. Highly recommended.

The Bungalow is a cozy place that serves excellent food. Valet parking is convenient and reasonable. Had drinks at the bar. Bartender was friendly and professional. Service was very professional as well. Calamari appetizer was great. Very well done. My steak was cooked as ordered. Nice experience.

Terrible. We went with family last week. We parked in back parking
lot space marked for "Bungalow", and I went up stairs with two teen children. Wife and elementary aged son followed minute later, putting on his shoes. I was getting table for 5 with receptionist.

My wife was followed up the back stairs by Valet Attendant, who was demanding our keys from her. She came in and said I had to give my keys to Valet. We had already parked (he was not obvious in lot when we pulled in). He still demanded my keys. I said we had already parked. He turned to receptionist/hostess and said "tell him he has to give me his keys". She said "you have to give him your keys, we are valet only".

I said "Wow, OK, we will just leave" which we did. Attendant followed us downstairs speaking in Spanish, saying "Tacano" in Spanish to his cohort valet buddy. Tacano means "Cheapskate" in Spanish. I asked him what he said and he puffed out his chest and said "Your decision you are leaving... mister". Two days later I am still not happy. Tried to find an email for owners at Bungalow, of course none available on-line, so decided to make my first POST. We did go to Fleming's where we spent $280, plus $50 tip for excellent servers. Ridiculous to charge people who want park their own cars... in CDM. At Fleming's I can "chose" to park my own car if I want convenience, but in the little Bungalow lot, it is a joke. We will NEVER go back to Bungalow.

Love it as it is quiet enough to talk and the food is Great!

TLDR: Bad service. Didn't put in our reservation. Didn't even offer to reimburse our valet when we left (which is the only parking they have). Idk if I'll try coming back when I'm back in town.

Flew in from out of town for my parents 41st anniversary (a special occasion to say the least). When we arrived at the restaurant, they didn't have our reservation. We were there for about a half an hour trying to figure things out and they weren't much help at all.

They didn't ask us when we made the reservation, because at least at that point they could have tried to tracked down the attendant who took our call.

TBH It probably was a bad attendant who took our reservation. I wouldn't have left a review, but when nobody offered to reimburse our valet, that was a final nail in the coffin.

Delicious food, wonderful staff, and appropriate prices :). I'll be back!

I love this place a lot. It has a romantic mood. The food is exeptionaly good. the service is efficient and the waiters are well trained. The price is reasonable. very much recommend.

Stopped in for lunch at the bar. Great experience and will go back soon.

My girlfriend and I enjoy the corn chowder as well as the scallops here. Located next to PCH and MacArthur it s not the most ideal spot for an open air restaurant but the food makes up for it.

I eat here 2 or 3 times a week for lunch! The people are very friendly I really enjoy their company the food is wonderful and very healthy and very fresh !!!

One of my favorite restaurants, can't go wrong with the Seabass for the main. Love the calamari and artichoke appetizers and the service is always top notch here! Can't wait to back again!

I've been going there for years. Great service, good food and a nice wine selection.

I'll definitely try to place again but it was just OK. I had an old fashioned, which I didn't finish because it was a tad harsh, and the salmon. The salmon dish felt disconnected to the other things on its plate. The star of the show was the calamari appetizer. If I could eat that every day I would. No complaints whatsoever on the service--5 stars for service. Just the mediocrity of the food is bringing this down. Will update when we've had a chance to go back again.

See the best bartender in Corona Del Mar, Eric G., sit at the bar and order the hamburger, which is not on the menu. It s the best inside tip you ll get this side of Wall Street.

Terrible! Ordered 23.00 glass of wine and asked to find a single seat at bar...to have steak
Was ignored witnessed by local couple ...
Then ridicouled by couple next to me about the scarf I was wearing!???
And the bartender was totally non supportive
I would like to meet with your General Manager to discuss a solution !
If not I will definitely pursue local media solution

Exceptional and tasty food, I liked the vibes the place has, and the cashiers were helpful. I will surely visit here again.

We had a great time and the improvisation for the tents and the parking lot and around the building, they did a great job making it feel wonderful. Please go out and support these restaurants that are doing everything they can under this communist regime to make things better. Go out and support your local restaurant. Bungalow being one of them.

This place is so expensive, the drinks were pretty good, but the food was what made it worth it, the fish was amazing! And my partner enjoyed the stake a lot!

Best restaurant I have been to in a long time. Food was absolutely delicious, mouth watering and the atmosphere and service were top notch...highly recommend it!!

Old school service. Cozy classy steakhouse. Servers have a great comand of wine. Steak done perfect. Had the creamed spinach. $6 valet parking. Worth the trip.

The customer service is good, the food is fair. I wouldn't really go back.

Drinks are great in here. Price is somewhat imbalanced however.

I gave it 5 stars for the food as it was near perfect. We will for sure be returning to try other dishes. It would have been a perfect overall experience had we not sat at a small table in the drafty breezeway which was clearly an after thought to squeeze more people into the outdoor dining. The soda was always on the flat side no matter how many refills but tolerable. Staff was very pleasant and eager to please. Hopefully when we go back there will be much better seating options even though I made a reservation and specifically asked for good seats. One of very very few restaurants we will return to living over an hour away.

I love the burger and steaks here. The staff is exceptional. And they have awesome broccolini!!!!

Had a great meal with the family. The food and service was excellent. Appetizers included ahi tuna and prawn cocktail. Awesome. Entrees included bone in ribeye and sea bass. Both superb. Chocolate lava cake was worth the calories and then some. Feels like an old school throwback. Lively but not crazy.
