Typical overpriced Newport beach restaurant. Good quality steaks though

Excellent steak and seafood in a warm wood decor and a friendly bar.

Drinks are great, can't speak for the steaks but the appetizers are just ok. Wines seem a bit overpriced for even this area. Favorite drink is the smoked dirty vodka martini. Decent happy hour

I went there for a party and the food was OUTSTANDING, the environment lovely and inviting, and the presence of the owners as they mingled with their guests gave it a distinctly homey, welcoming vibe. Terrific.

Great drinks, awesome food, lovely atmosphere and fantastic customer service! Waiter noticed right away that I wasn't pleased with my starter salad and immediately took it back and made it right! Didn't even have to ask! Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Went there based on the menu from OpenTable. Was informed by the waitress that the menu was incorrect. Instead of being apologetic she was indignant. Poor selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Great hostess, cool ambience, a lot of potential, however, a very poor experience.

Food was excellent and Sarah our server was Awesome! I would definitely recommend The Bungalow to all my friends and hopefully they get Sarah as their server!

Tried this spot before with my friend and I am hooked since then. I enjoy the excellent mood and flavorful food and beverages. Keep up the good work.

This is a great place to relax. I'm beyond the age of clubbing, and going out to bars, but I still want to go out for a drink every now and then. It's upbeat and fun, but not too "in your face."

We were told by one of the waitress last time we were there to get the steak and that it is fabulous. We got a Sizzler steak! It was so thin and over cooked! And the waitress noticed how thin it was and still charged us. Their food is usually good. We like the fish but dont get the steak

Really fun to come here during the day. The atmosphere was really fun and the waiters made the vibe really cool along with that. The menu was kind of confusing and it took us a while to decide. But overall we had a great experience.

Had a pre-Xmas dinner with my niece and her boyfriend. One of the finest restaurants that we have eaten in.

We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we came to this superb restaurant which we didn t know before. We passed a lovely experience there with first-rate dishes and a nice crew and a great chef. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall definitely go again very soon. We warmly recommend.

Happy hour was great, food was really tasty. My server Becky was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Always fabulous! The atmosphere, staff, food...all is second to none. Elaine at the bar is such a professional and a pleasure, I am right at home alone or with a group of people. Thank you for being so consistent with quality in a world that seems to have lost the plot on customer satisfaction. Bungalow has set the bar high!

Very well kept and accessible restaurant. They serve big portions and for fair prices. We loved the menu very much and the staff were very personal and informative. Recommended.

Bungalow is a small restaurant with a great menu, excellent good, and a friendly staff. They've managed to create both indoor and outdoor seating in limited space with excellent results.

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I like how the service is always fantastic and they keep the spot clean at all times. Rates are reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

Everyone tells me it is great. My only experience is with staff luncheons.

Changing my review from 5* to 4* as the owners have decided to charge a 3% surcharge for using credit cards and are disguising it in an incomprehensible way. Don't nickel and dime me when I am paying to eat in one of the most expensive restaurants in the area!!

I eat here a lot since I work in the area. I love how their service is always great and they keep the place neat regularly. Prices are fair and they serve generous portions.

The ribeye and miso sea bass were great. We did order the oysters, but lacked a little of the briny flavor to it. Overall it was a great experience with a very friendly staff.

Best steak in the area, hands down. Better than Ruth's Chris and Mortons.
