Bundoora Extended Care Centre Review

One star. I kept on trying to escape and they kept on catching me.

Am not impressed with this facility. Unexplained bruising to face and chest of family member.
Nurses handled patients roughly. When asking questions responses were abrupt and did not answer the question asked. Was never so happy when family member moved to a better facility. Time to lift their act.

After 65 I would like to live on this place with top-hill view on great MELBOURNE

Lovely facility with one of the longest running Pet Therapy programs in Australia.

The most horrible and disgust experience ever, couple of days ago, my family member was attended by one of the rudest healthcare staff Leanne Shannon so called unit manager. She treat people like slaves nd no sense of talking to the family members. She does not shows any empathy to anyone. I feels extremely sorry for the people s who are working and being treated under her supervision...

Good range of health services. Most staff are very caring and considerate and will refer you for extra services within their organisation if need be.

They were caring on the pathology dept and very gentle taking blood

Reception staff very helpful. Be wary of where you park and display ticket when you visit. If you are making a short visit, reception staff help make a phone call so your car is not pulled up for a fine.

Caring, friendly knowledgeable doctors and health professionals. Outstanding service. I have visited every week for 4 months now and am seeing improvements in my health that I never thought possible. Thank you.

Great facility during the week with everyone on board but lack of staff on weekend are a dissapointment.

It's a hospital and they care for all patients young and old.

Nurses are so caring and wonderful. Doctors are very thorough. Physio very caring.

Only getting one star because there's no option of no stars! EXTREMELY poor level of care provided to patients/ residents. It's hard enough to have a loved one placed in care.....Its even harder to see them over medicated, borderline neglect. No personal interaction or stimulation! Its heartbreaking to see a relative in that position.........NEEDLESS TO SAY WE PROMPTLY REMOVED OUR GRANDFATHER !

The people took a little while to understand, but once they did, they were very helpful.

They try there best to get people fit enough to go home.

Doctar's and staff members are very kind first time visit.

Visited my uncle and unfortunately his room was overcrowded and not a good place to recover. Very sad to see him in this place hopefully they will improve this hospital. The staff seemed to be very friendly and kind.

Sometimes the service and parking should be a lot better

Ok well this place is staffed by top quality people wat can i say it's a very care ing and we'll run place 5 stars plus

Great staff in rehab/physio, parking is a pain in the backside, the lady that served me in the cafe was useless

Lovely friendly staff i felt understood and cared about.
Just wonderful volunteer driver too.

The doctors, therapists and reception staff are all outstanding
