This company has the most backstabbing management in the cleaning business. ACP should be audited for employees working over 40 hrs and not being paid for overtime that they've worked. They crunch their numbers to give employee's excessive workloads and higher ups in the company pocket hours taken from the employee's. DO NOT work for this company if your looking for stability! People constantly quit because they don't give raises,no kind of incentives,and have no interest in keeping their employees happy. The most miserable year of my life working with these unorganized fools. Labor lawsuit in the works for this fraud of a company for sure. Avoid at all cost their contract at Sanofi Pasture in swiftwater pa. for employment .It will be the worst decision you could make for your career. If I sound bitter,I am! Wasted a full year of poor management and rediculous employee turnovers only to be backstabbed by the general manager that throws you under the bus to save his own incompetent decisions. Audit coming soon for these crook's!!!! Train people. You offer no training. Appreciate your workers. Moral is horrible. It's a swinging door for employees. They can't hold onto good employees. Only the unskilled that can't get a job anywhere else stay.
