These guys are truly amazing. I have been a board president of NorthRidhe Association in Rogers for last seven years and had a chance to work with many management companies. Bullseye is by fat the best. Their ethics, dedication and hard work is the best I have ever seen.

I'm not sure if they are just incompetent or trying to take advantage of their renters. These were the worst landlords I have ever had. I had to give them proof of renters insurance and after driving to their office to give it to them they contacted us multiple times saying they didn't have it. They charged us for lawn mowing service that had to be done before we moved in. There were so many major problems with our house (washer not hooked up, no outlets in the living room worked, malfunctioning smoke detectors, broken water heater etc.) when we moved in we had people coming into our house once or twice a month for the first 6 months we lived there. I had contractors contact me twice to perform service on a sprinkler system our property didn t have. They were the worst at maintenance issues. They closed our smoke detector case because they just assumed it had been fixed, when no one had even come out to the property. They made a tiny leak in the kitchen sink into a huge leak and then left it for a long weekend because they didn t have all the tools to fix it. They would tell us they were coming out one day and show up a different one, or not tell us they were coming by at all. I would not rent from them ever again and would never trust them to manage a property I own. They don t even deserve a one star rating.

EDIT: This is in response to Bullseye's response. 1) We were charged for lawn mowing when we moved in. I had to contact you to get the charge removed. 2&3) The fact that there were so many things wrong immediately upon move in proves you do a bad job of maintaining your properties. I have never had to request so much maintenance on any property before this. 4) We had to call you out because our toilet handle broke and also asked you to fix the kitchen faucet because that handle was broken as well. Your worker noticed the small leak, we didn't, and he made it worse so we couldn't use our sink for a whole weekend until he came back and replaced it. The leak wasn't reported because it was created by your employee during a different fix.

I would definitely recommend Bullseye Properties! We applied for a place sight unseen because we saw the photos and through it would be perfect for us. Kate reached out to us about our application right before the 4th of July and suggested we have a showing. Due to the holiday most of the agents were out of town (who wouldn't want to be, right?) Well, Kate went to work looking for someone to show us the property over the holiday weekend. She was able to find someone, not just anyone though. The OWNERS John and Michelle! I couldn't believe that they would take time out of their holiday weekend to show us the place. It surpassed our initial impression of the online photos. When walking in, they were both so friendly and John said, "Welcome home!" It was such a real, true sincere tour and they answered ALL the questions that we had! You cannot buy customer service like that. They were genuine and very nice. I cannot wait to start renting with this company. This is a family feel, not a commercial get em' in, get em' out style. If you ever get the please to meet these two, you will know exactly what i mean!

Bulleye is the worst rental agency to ever go through, if I could I would give them 0 stars. Me and my wife rented a house from them and the house was spotless when we moved out, no damage was done from us. They WILL NOT give us our deposit back. Now that we are all moved out and its been a 2 weeks they wont even reply to my wife. NEVER rent from this agency. They are the biggest crooks. If your renting from I would advise been smarter then them when you move out cause good luck getting your deposit!

Just a note of appreciation for the continuing exceptional help and responsiveness that Jenessa has provided since coming on board with Bullseye effective 9/1/17. I have bombarded her with questions for the past several months and she always responds promptly and with solutions. And today, Charity responded within an hour to another special request. I am so very pleased with the financial reporting that the Bullseye system and the exceptional staff has provided and am looking forward to continuing throughout 2018 and beyond.

Bullseye properties--unorganized office; you speak to one representative and then they can't handle your request; you're then sent to speak with another rep within the office, a few feet over and end up leaving a message. Their communication software is NOT user friendly nor is it intuitive; no explanation on how it's used is provided--other than here's your login and we'll be communicating through the online account. One rep should be assigned per case/rental for efficiency and consistency purposes. Bullseye appears to be only in it for the owner of the rental property (commercial or otherwise). They did not move on placing our listing the rental as promised when we were ready to move out, and lacked communication because apparently the owner of Bullseye hadn't gotten back to the reps (employees of Bullseye) in order for the reps to get back to us. We were left hanging quite a bit. Very poor communication, one-sided and not of the caliber of professionals our family is used to working with. We didn't chose this rental property management company, the owner of the house we were renting switched during our rental contract. Please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with Bullseye....you'll be disappointed.

Josh kicks ass in everyway possible...he's been more than accommodating, efficient, and helpful to me when anything needed attention!! Josh is supportive, professional, and just a nice guy! Dale was the best maintenance guy too! (But I don't think he's there anymore)
Overall I think Bullseye properties are easy and helpful to work with, there's a few that drive me nuts but for the most part very pleasant to work with.
Kurt kicks ass too

My girlfriend and I drove up to Monticello from St Paul to meet with Kurt Sutherland on Saturday Morning to check out a rental property we had made an appointment for. After we arrived, waited, made several calls and left voicemails we we're called back only to be told that the property was already in the process of being rented. We made the appointment on Thursday afternoon, and we received no phone call about cancelling the appointment. Kurt was more than willing to offer BS and excuses as to why he didn't show up or call and cancel the appointment (Well, the appointment wasn't set up online so that's probably why I forgot.)...Really dude...?! YOU CALLED US AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT! I'm not impressed at all! No apologies from him, No willingness to make it right, No respect, certainly No professionalism either! So disappointing.

I have been a renter for 3 years now this company is great! Anytime I have a problem with the house I contact them and they get it fixed right away. The staff is professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a house or condo to rent. If I had property to rent out to others these are the kind of people I would want looking after my place.

This has been the worst company I have ever rented...

This has been the worst company I have ever rented from. There are many instances of their incompetence, but here are some from the highlight reel.

We discovered a water leak in the roof of our apartment and immediately notified them. (We happened to be lucky enough that a repairman was there to install toilet bleach kits) The repairman takes a picture and then makes a phone call to the home office. He assures us they will send someone to look at it, but he is on a schedule to go around and install bleach kits. Fine, it's small as long as someone looks at it that day, it should be fine.

Throughout the day and night no one comes and the leak gets unsurprisingly worse. We call the emergency number which states our lease that if we have a water leak to contact. Get sent to voicemail. Try again the next day nothing.

Took them three days to come and repair a water leak. It messes up the kitchen ceiling causing slight bowing, cracking along the seam, water to a light fixture and more damages we didn't discover until later. They never fixed the inside only patched the roof.

Fast forward a couple weeks, they are asking us if the leak was fixed. Which I ask them what the company they hired said. Idiots didn't know so they were bugging us. I inform them the inside was never repaired, my wife and I had mold and electrical concerns due to the water. More time passes they final come to look at it.

The property agent and the repairman poke at a now almost 2 month old water damaged roof and decide that it just needs paint. I ask about mold, they tell me it's all dry now there should be no mold ( there was). I then ask about the light and they tell me they won't check it. I ask a couple more times knowing that it is an easy check, they refuse to check the light which had the bulbs that worked fine when we moved in, now has a bulb that randomly turns on and burns brighter than normal, but doesn't always turn on.

They tell us to move all our stuff out of the kitchen so they can paint. We did and they never painted. So after two more months we move our kitchen stuff back in.

I have several more stories of their negligence, incompetence and dishonesty. Refusing to fix a broken washer dryer that was tearing holes into our clothes. Giving out my phone number to another tenant ( giving out clients personal information without consent). They lost our renters insurance documents three times. The list goes on. Suffice it to say this company should be approached with extreme caution.

*EDIT: After receiving a phone call from Todd, the manager, issues that the company had ignored and pushed off were, despite our numerous attempts to reach out to them, finally resolved. Todd was very helpful and worked to fix matters in less than 24 hours. Perhap if we had worked with Todd from the start, all of this could've been avoided. Todd, we do appreciate you. Thank you.

Im a firm believer in clear specifics appointment ...

Im a firm believer in clear specifics appointment deadlines and effective communication. They lack in all these areas its like guessing in the dark my whole process with this company has been unreassuring, i called to ask basic questions and get a run around. Example im set to move in June 1st. So when i contacted them in regards to having all my information they said they didn't have the light bill, smh i filled out 3rd party form they required for that. So i didn't understand why i needed to still show proof, so they want you to have all the bills transferred ahead of time and in place, but they make you feel pressured and they don't move fast enough with the move in process im guessing there going to call me exactly on the 1st so it gives you no time to do a thorough walk through uf course after moving your place in one night and have to wait until there ready for you the lady Sara told me they couldn't give me a exact day the place would be ready but they want your money asap doesn't make sense to me. I have never dealt with a actual company when renting just private owner or an actual landlord now I know why.. Also there cleaning up of crews are horrible the place was still nasty when we moved in carpets were wet and moldy there was food under stove, fridge was nasty gutters were clogged shower was leaking, so in a rush to rent it out with out doing the necessary repairs and cleanings do not rent property from these people all they care about is your money nothing else !

I applied for a home through Bullseye, I sent all ...

I applied for a home through Bullseye, I sent all documentation requested the day I applied. Since email correspondence had begun with Sara, it has been nothing but difficult and unprofessional. I sent all required documents to the email address that the email confirmation sent to me advised to send it to, and when I spoke to Sara that day, I advised her I did send over the information. My spouse, then also filled out the application and faxed over all of the required documentation. She then contacted me saying she did not receive a copy of his ID, or 2 additional pay stubs, which he indeed did fax all documents to the fax number provided. She then advised me that she did not receive any of my documents, which I had to then go into my sent mail and re-forward the documents to her. Additionally, on my application I explained all of my residential status's which she proceeded to ask the same questions (was my application reviewed in detail or just skimmed?) Finally, after that, we were approved. I had additional questions and generally they ask that the deposit be paid within 24hrs of approval and if you would like a deviation to request it, which I requested an additional day due to the fact that I have to work and had some personal family things going on Tuesday afternoon that I needed to tend to. This was approved and I was advised just to make sure to confirm my bullseye resident account other wise the password would time out. Which I did. I had a couple additional questions I asked Sara yesterday, which I wasn't receiving a response to, so I contacted the phone number provided and spoke to a very nice lady named Kayley who advised Sara had gone home sick yesterday, so I expressed to the lady in the office that I had some other questions I would like answered prior to making my deposit payment whom DID go above and beyond to try to assist me to get the answers and I advised her I needed to pay my deposit on Wednesday, which I did not get her email until this morning because again, I had other personal things I had to tend to later that afternoon. This morning I received an email from Sara stating that they were going to move onto the next applicant because the deposit needed to be paid within 24 hours of approval. Umm? I have email correspondence advising that it was okay for me to pay it by Wednesday (today). I tried to call her, no answer, left a voicemail for her with no returned call. I then contacted the same lady in the office I spoke to yesterday who advised me she would have Sara get in touch with me. Sara finally did, you know what she said? She said because the deposit wasn't paid BY WEDNESDAY, that they are going to proceed with the next applicant. Today is still Wednesday and had I known that it needed to be paid by midnight on Wednesday I would have planned accordingly but no one advised me that I had to have it paid by a specific time. I attempted to log into my account this morning and they had already removed me from their system, how could I have paid it? I would have never expected such business practice. So be careful, if you do request a deviation and they approve it, they will just rent it right out from under you.

John and Michelle, plus all their employees, have always been very nice, reasonable and helpful. It's easy to be a tenant here, as I have been for almost 8 years! If there is a problem, they take care of it right away, and there are rarely problems. Great business, great people!

We had an AWFUL renting experience with Bullseye. ...

We had an AWFUL renting experience with Bullseye. We moved into a dirty house. Carpets had a bleach spill from the previous tenant and the only way we found out it happened was a phone call from the carpet company to schedule with us. Walls needed to be painted, but they expected us to move in before the painting took place. They took a smoke detector out of our rental without telling us, I just happened to notice. When I asked about it, they took months to reply and simply told us it was not needed. We got a "Delinquent" water bill that was not our responsibility. During one of the inspections they claim to have found carpet stains caused by us, but those stains were there when we moved in. They also tried to tell us that we caused scratches and rust on the dryer. Those were also there when we moved in and only after I argued via email did they take it back and say that they were there before us. It was just one thing after another. We NEEDED to get out ASAP. We ended up ending our lease before the contracted end date. We had to pay an extra month's rent just to get out early. All I have to say is take a lot of pictures upon move in and be very detailed on the move in checklist. I would not recommend renting through Bullseye Properties to any of my friends or family. I have only heard negative experiences to others that I have talked to as well. (Just for the record Josh at Bullseye gets a 5 star rating from us. He at least responded to our emails and phone calls!!)

Our small association has been managed by Bullseye Properties for over a year. I have found them to be extremely helpful in solving problems they inherited from a previous association management company. They are very responsive to our needs and requests with suggestions for better solutions. And the staff makes me smile!

Sarah sure makes the simple things seem difficult....

Sarah sure makes the simple things seem difficult. In our short six months there, everything seemed to be an issue, either the apartment itself, or management. (Had a busted door jam from since we've moved in, til a month before we moved out.) The management at any other apartments feels absolutely refreshing compared to Bullseye! And here WE are, trying to make MANAGEMENT happy... completely twisted...and the deposit doesnt even have anything to do with it.

In the 4 years I've been living in this house The managment was not bad they might have taken a little while to get out to us but requests take time and i understand that. However what im not okay with is toward the end of our lease (moving/moved out) they took boxes out of my garage that we were using that they had no right to take and was a clear violation to the lease and makes me wonder what else they took. Not happy and will not be renting through this company again. Thankyou for the 4 years that ive been here but its over now (the last days tomorrow).-Ben lebarron

This company SUCKS! I would never recommend anyone rent with them. They would not let us sublease our apartment, even though it was in our lease that we could. Instead they decided that they would list the rental for an earlier move in date, and then NEVER let anyone go and see the property. Therefore, screwing us out of THOUSANDS of dollars. You also have to go through a move out inspection, which we did, fixed and cleaned everything they told us to clean and then take $150 out of our security deposit for cleaning expenses, even when we had someone come and clean it for us. This company is the worst! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!

Communication is the largest part of their business and this company completely lacks any sort of communication skill. From the owner down to the office people, and even between the homeowner and the renter. No one knows what the others are dong or saying. Promises are broken and the only constant is that you can expect t be disrespected by the property "manager". Avoid at all costs. As a renter or a property owner.
