I applied for a home through Bullseye, I sent all ...

I applied for a home through Bullseye, I sent all documentation requested the day I applied. Since email correspondence had begun with Sara, it has been nothing but difficult and unprofessional. I sent all required documents to the email address that the email confirmation sent to me advised to send it to, and when I spoke to Sara that day, I advised her I did send over the information. My spouse, then also filled out the application and faxed over all of the required documentation. She then contacted me saying she did not receive a copy of his ID, or 2 additional pay stubs, which he indeed did fax all documents to the fax number provided. She then advised me that she did not receive any of my documents, which I had to then go into my sent mail and re-forward the documents to her. Additionally, on my application I explained all of my residential status's which she proceeded to ask the same questions (was my application reviewed in detail or just skimmed?) Finally, after that, we were approved. I had additional questions and generally they ask that the deposit be paid within 24hrs of approval and if you would like a deviation to request it, which I requested an additional day due to the fact that I have to work and had some personal family things going on Tuesday afternoon that I needed to tend to. This was approved and I was advised just to make sure to confirm my bullseye resident account other wise the password would time out. Which I did. I had a couple additional questions I asked Sara yesterday, which I wasn't receiving a response to, so I contacted the phone number provided and spoke to a very nice lady named Kayley who advised Sara had gone home sick yesterday, so I expressed to the lady in the office that I had some other questions I would like answered prior to making my deposit payment whom DID go above and beyond to try to assist me to get the answers and I advised her I needed to pay my deposit on Wednesday, which I did not get her email until this morning because again, I had other personal things I had to tend to later that afternoon. This morning I received an email from Sara stating that they were going to move onto the next applicant because the deposit needed to be paid within 24 hours of approval. Umm? I have email correspondence advising that it was okay for me to pay it by Wednesday (today). I tried to call her, no answer, left a voicemail for her with no returned call. I then contacted the same lady in the office I spoke to yesterday who advised me she would have Sara get in touch with me. Sara finally did, you know what she said? She said because the deposit wasn't paid BY WEDNESDAY, that they are going to proceed with the next applicant. Today is still Wednesday and had I known that it needed to be paid by midnight on Wednesday I would have planned accordingly but no one advised me that I had to have it paid by a specific time. I attempted to log into my account this morning and they had already removed me from their system, how could I have paid it? I would have never expected such business practice. So be careful, if you do request a deviation and they approve it, they will just rent it right out from under you.
