Email sent to Ernesto: This is a follow up email regarding our conversation today. I requested to have my brick repaired back to the state it was prior to your technician damaging my brick and you advised Don t admit fault , but then state you don t deny drilling a hole in my brick. The technician NEVER asked me if he could drill thru my brick as I indicated too you. I requested for you to email me what you are stating that your company is willing to do to fix this damage to my new home and you refused. I asked for your insurance company information; you advised that your company do not have any insurance. I requested to speak with the person that you report to you advised me Kyle but then refused to give his information. You advised me that the call stops with you and it will not be escalated too anyone else. You have yet to visit my property too see the damages to my new home. Both technicians that came to my home on this past Saturday and today advised Rodney did not have to drill in my brick and should have asked before doing so. I was advised too repair the damages to my home on my own when your technician damaged my home. I should not have to pay for your company mistake. Also, during our conversation you stated you can t promise I will have an answer to my email. Ernesto is very unprofessional. I hate that I allowed this company to do anything in my home...

Just wanted to take a moment to brag about Bulldog Security. From the moment we met Butch we knew we were in good hands. He gave us tons of great info. Guillermo was our installer and he was fantastic. He took his time to explain his purpose and outline the best way to protect our home. His install and demeanor were extremely professional and he was a joy to work with. He really went the extra mile in thinking of our families specific needs. We are very happy with their service and couldn't feel safer.

This is an amazing company I will definitely recommend to everyone. Very prompt and professional. Explained everything so professionally and very humble positive people. Fabian my installer did an amazing job. Thank you guys for everything.

I cannot say enough about Questis Nicks. You guys are lucky to have him as one of your team members. He helped me understand everything completely and he made me feel safe in my home. But more than that, this young man had character that was out of this world. He took the time to visit with me, and what I noticed is that he was one of the good guys out there in this world. We could use more like him. I can t say enough about what he did for me. But his personality and his character is what impressed me the most. He is welcome in my home anytime.

was the constant professional and highly knowledgeable? He gave critical insight as to what would be best for our security. Jerry did an exceptional job completing the install. He was very professional, informative and knew what he was talking about. Every question I asked was answered. Every scenario I mentioned was given with detailed explanations as to how to handle or work the unit. I highly recommend Bulldog Security services for your ADT install!

I didn t even want to open the door. I saw the ADT logo and tried to gain the courage to say No, thank you. Not interested . Instead, I let the man do his job and talk. Frederick was so understanding and showed genuine concern for our safety. He became our friend first then really worked with our budget to find the best plan for us. Guillermo handled the install. He covered every corner of the house and showed us our high risk areas. He put together 3 plans for me and customized a fourth. Everything was explained in detail, there were no surprises. In order to get a client to buy a product- you have to make it make sense to them. Frederick and Guillermo made it make sense. The add ons make sense, the cost makes sense, and the peace of mind it gives me makes total sense. I m very thankful and my family is safe.

I can t say enough about our ADT set up experience. Starting with Mauricio stopping by and walking us through the process, patiently answering questions. He was incredibly helpful and professional.
The very next day, Jason Gray came to do the installation. What a great guy! He started out by saying that he considers our safety as important as his own family. I mean, just that alone made me feel like he genuinely wanted us safe. He gave us three options, after surveying our property, explaining each so we fully understood what was involved and why he was recommending them. Jason was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and funny too! He walked myself and my family through all instructions step by step making sure we understood how the system works.
I can t say enough about ADT and the two gentlemen that helped us. We feel safe and watched over and know, heaven forbid something happens, they have our backs.

Veterans Beware

This has been the most disappointing exchange of business that I have ever had. My husband and I signed up for service. When the installer arrived, he upsold us on over $800 of equipment but told us that it was the cost of the system. What he didn't tell us was that we should have gotten the system for free because my husband is a veteran and we didn't need all of the upgrades. When we realized what they did, we called but got the run around from both Bulldog and ADT. I would not recommend this company. They are deceitful and they don't honor veterans.

This is how they set up our camera, so disappointing. How would I feel secure with this?

The technician and Sales representative were friendly and eager to prove a system that will leave myself and my loved ones protected. They went into thorough details about how the systems work and how I can better secure my things. Would recommend to others.
