Email sent to Ernesto: This is a follow up email regarding our conversation today. I requested to have my brick repaired back to the state it was prior to your technician damaging my brick and you advised Don t admit fault , but then state you don t deny drilling a hole in my brick. The technician NEVER asked me if he could drill thru my brick as I indicated too you. I requested for you to email me what you are stating that your company is willing to do to fix this damage to my new home and you refused. I asked for your insurance company information; you advised that your company do not have any insurance. I requested to speak with the person that you report to you advised me Kyle but then refused to give his information. You advised me that the call stops with you and it will not be escalated too anyone else. You have yet to visit my property too see the damages to my new home. Both technicians that came to my home on this past Saturday and today advised Rodney did not have to drill in my brick and should have asked before doing so. I was advised too repair the damages to my home on my own when your technician damaged my home. I should not have to pay for your company mistake. Also, during our conversation you stated you can t promise I will have an answer to my email. Ernesto is very unprofessional. I hate that I allowed this company to do anything in my home...
