If your stuck in the pandemic, living in a motel. Not the place for you. Short-term jobs and they don't care about your situation. It shows. Whether it's the GC or BTS there's not clear communication/transparency. Use another staffing company. If the job ends early they always reply, what did you do or what happened? It must have been something you did.

Building Team Solutions has been a great and enjoyable company to work for. After moving halfway across the country and jobless I was in panic to find a job. Not just any job, a job that was going to fit my needs for growth and shared the same passion, professionalism, and enthusiasm as I did. This surprisingly was not an easy feat. Luckily, the team at BTS helped to do exactly that, they were patient and helpful throughout the entire process. The staff Melinda and Miranda are very polite and hands on as well as professional and proficient in find a person job placement.

This is the only temp agency I've worked for that uses paper time sheets, which caused issue when they couldn't get a hold of the person needing to sign my time sheet. When the deadline came and went they were unwilling to help and would only suggest I wait until the next pay period or pay a fee to get paid on time. Very unprofessional.

The staff at BTS are very friendly and helped me find work with a great company. I highly recommend BTS as a means to find long term employment.

They lied to me about the job they arranged for me then deducted money from my pay for not working the job for a whole week. I should have left as soon as I realized it had nothing to do with carpentry. I guess I'm at fault for actually working 9 hours and thinking theyd pay me for those 9 hours.
EDIT: re: reply. I didnt mind the actual work or I wouldn't have stayed and done the work. My issue is that you docked my pay because I didn't want to do it for the full week.

It's is very organic and they keep their word. They go above with their vision of developing on the job training and having great opportunities with the job they provide. Better Team Solution is the way to go.

Building Team does a great job at screening and sending the best guys to get the done. The labor they have provided for us definitely played a big role in us completing the project out at Dell Seaton At The university of Texas. I am looking forward to working with the team at BTS in the future.

Bad very bad I will never go back they say they call me when they have another job it been now oh going over a month ..... If you fall out with them they will never find you another and btw found out I had to have surgery and they though I was fake it out nope ... I have never a temp service sending you to a different temp service I was shock. I thought you supposed to keep your clients happy birthday send them away.
