Extremely poor service, I was directed to this "advice bureau" through another organization so that I could be helped to apply for UK settlement. Received a call from this CAB and a phone appointment was booked. Then I received another call from the same person asking to move the appointment since it was booked wrong. Then the same thing happened. As it had happened the same day in a sequence, I saw no harm was done....after all anybody can make mistakes. But when the phone "appointment" day came, guess what? I waited patiently, phone in hand, for an hour, then gave up and went out to attend to other important matters, etc. Then I received an email advising that I was called to a landline that it is out of service ( I had disconnected it two years ago), and I was told I was called to my mobile, which obviously is not true (I was calling from my actual mobile number when the appointment was booked, and I have been using the same mobile number for the last several years). The email just "advised" that "if I still need the advice, to book again". I emailed back expressing my disappointment, but of course I received no reply. Of course, I will look for help elsewhere. The last thing I want is to wait another 3 weeks for a phone appointment that will probably never come. Rubbish service, I would give 0 stars if I could.

Telling the truth this brunch totally the same like all the rest brunches. They have promised me to get in touch and disappeared. For me that is really important case, and I am still have no idea what to do.

Got seen straight away and got an appointment to come back, best place for impartial advice

No face-to-face advice due to Covid-19 pandemic. Same excellent service being provided by phone via their Adviceline.

don't waste your time for parking fine they don't care

I want go there but when I read the comments I changed my mind.

I found then to be alittle stern with their attitude. I was in a vulnerable place at the time and needed help not looks of being "not another one " I needed help there and then, but all the young girl did was read off a screen what id been doing for the last week. She asked her supervisor to help, i was told my time was up and she wasn't listening to what i was trying to explain to her, she git me an appointment to speak the someone in this field 4 weeks later. I went ahead and done it my self in the end. I went to the appointment just to here the same time. Not impressed

Honestly awful - if you can find another way to get the help needed I highly recommend
