One of there drivers in a ford fusion almost side swiped me this morning due to him looking at his phone ! Comercial vehicles are not supposed to be texting and driving. Needs to be taken care of !
I just wanted to express my gratitude towards BCS. I am a journeyman HVAC mechanic at Wichita state university. I have met and worked with a large majority of your employees in the three years that I have worked here in Kansas. They have all been well mannered, extremely helpful, and hard working. Paul Turpin has always been extremely helpful with any needs that I may have regarding the AAON equipment as well as other issues. Nick Cox has taught classes that I have been involved in and has helped me many times over the phone. Wade and Theron have always done a great and thorough job on our LG equipment. Gary and Matt have been out many times to work on our AAON chillers. It is always a pleasure to come into contact with all of those guys. We do 90% of the HVAC repair work in house here on campus, it is always calming to know that we can call someone at your organization to help over the phone or hands on if we needed. Thanks for running a top notch organization! I may have forgotten some others names but these are the ones that immediately come to mind.
Figure out your parking. It's out of control. It is unacceptable to have a delivery truck blocking the street completely for 30+ minutes.
I left a detailed review on yelp. I couldn t recommend a company that employs such reckless drivers.
very helpful staff that works hard to keep you as a customer, They provide great training. Parts department is working hard to build the best local supply counter.
