My husband and I had a blast. The staff were nice and very helpful. They were also informative about the location and the radio station, which we thought was really cool.

My daughter build an elsa bear put a smell on it and sound and dressed her up how she wanted and git her little certificate and everything it was super cute and fun and the whole thing was for a good price .

I really enjoyed my experience at Build a Bear, the staff took excellent care and were very responsible with their COVID social distancing policy.

They made it really fun and made it comfortable to shop.

Loved it. My first time to BearQuarters. Very nice, lots of selection and exclusive items.

They have false advertising and you end up spending double than what they tell you. They tell you there are deals and it turns out to be false. Then they don t own up to their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one.

This was our first time at this location at Union Station. We have been to many BaB workshops and this one tops all the ones that we have been to. Our girls loved the selection of animals and clothes and then to find out its the WORLD HQ is awesome lol. Its worth the visit and just going to Union Station is always fun and cool to be somewhere with so much history.
