Got my bike stolen on the bike stands next to the exit so if your planning to go to the Ralph's please lock your bike up next to the entrance not the exit learned that the hard way

If you work nearby, this Ralphs is convenient whenever you don't feel like paying for the high price restaurants in SC. It has free parking and spacious inside.

Nice Ralph's, consistently clean, friendly & helpful employees! Carry some food items not available at other Ralph's locations. Not always stocked with sale items but rain checks are available.

Ralph's always an optimal choice for grocery shopping. This one is especially neat.

This is a great location. I work just around the corner and it makes for an easy lunch everyday. The store is clean there's very short wait times in lines, and the store has a lot of option with both groceries and ready to eat meals. staff is friendly and my visits are quick.

What I love the most about this Ralphs is their coffee selection. They have my brands and I really have a hard time finding it in other stores.

It looks like a market to people who live a little differently than near Korean town.

Not busy...cat food sell so they didn't have much Fancy feast left

Ralphs is a nice grocery store to shop. We are from out of town and the employees were helpful to find items we needed.

This is my neighborhood store. The clerks are great. There is a good organic section. There is always easy parking downstairs.

Pretty great supermarket, no matter the location. Terrific produce selection, freshly cooked food options & numerous brands of packaged food to choose from. I'm very happy shopping here.

I cannot believe what happened today! I got a paper cut while bagging my stuf at self checkout and a couple drops of blood fell on the ground. I asked the attendant for a tissue and she pointed me to the bulk cleaning paper towels. They could give me a simple bandaid from the medicine box! I broke a piece and while trying to stop the bleeding she came back with a cleaning solution and told me I had to clean up the blood from the floor before anything else!! I didn't want to make scene, i cleaned the floor and while squeezing my thumb took my bags and left. I don't think I'm going to shop here anymore.

Very good selection of products, good customer service, and the prices are lower than other shops.

Clean Ralphs. Sometimes they have some awesome items on sale. The store also has electric vehicle charge stations which is a nice feature.

Nice store with salad bar, deli, coffee. Feels recent and well-kept.

Located in business and residential area, Metro link accessible too.

It's clean and relatively well stocked. There's nothing this store really shines at and that's perfectly ok. A convenient standard U.S. grocery.

They have extra parking underground. E eryne is extra helpful and they do tend to keep emplyees longer. Fruits and veggies tend to always be fresher than most grocery stores in the area. I have ordered large amounts of food for various parties and always ready and affordable.

My girlfriend was waiting in line at the pharmacy while I shopped for a few items we needed. When I used the self check service I decided to go the car, load the groceries, so I could come back to wait for my girlfriend prescription. The manager Patricia falsely accused me of steal ( water , strawberries, and diapers). She sent their private police security on me and they threatened to shoot me in the face and two piece me( punch me twice) .The other security guard kept holding his gun. Threatening me and my friend when all we did was pay for our items and strolled to the car. We did was nothing but comply with what they wanted us to show them. I come to this store everyday with my one and two year old daughter all I asked was for an apology and/or the security guards name since he threatened to shoot me in the face. They kept mocking us I would have left but I would have felt like a coward and my girlfriend was still at the pharmacy. Patricia (the store manager ) didn t want us to have any loss prevention info. She even went out of her way to give is the wrong customer service numbers . They hired two different set of security so watch out for the two black security guards with guns on their hips. Make sure you show your receipt to (security in grey shirts) them before you leave or you might end up being a victim of discrimination or even worse a dead body in a ralphs parking lot. Other than this experience the store has been nothing but stellar. The employees love me when I come with my family but without them I guess I just look like a black guy who trying to steal.

Great service and big space with more choices of merchandises than any other Ralphs stores.

WORMS IN WILD CAUGHT SALMON!!!

I bought a piece of wild caught salmon this afternoon and we cooked it for dinner. After a few bites, we realize WORMS inside the salmon. We called the store a few times and finally reached the manager named 'Nancy' and explained what happened. She was not even surprised like it is very normal and did not even say sorry, just told me to bring the fish back so that I can either get my money back or buy something else. I wanted to make my point and said are you serious: you are selling fish with worms inside, didn't even say we will make sure the other customer do not have the same problem and asking me to bring cooked fish back to the store???

She just said ' let me transfer you to the seafood department' and we had a useless conversation with a guy who just packs the seafood.

They do not care about nobodies health...

I m just writing this to thank the security guard who was working on May 2 at around 9:30am. I told him to not hurt the homeless man who was stealing, but I know that he was just doing his job. It s not an easy job, so thank you. I didn t mean to disrespect you and the important work you do to protect us all.

Location is a little inconvenient but there is nothing else around within a 2-3 mile radius so....

Good finds, pretty much everything I was looking for was here. That said, things are a bit too pricey without a Ralph s card. Parking lot is decent for a compact but at peak times, packed.

I never leave reviews but this place was next level. The staff is 75 IQ max. I was profiled trying to buy cold medicine.

3 people attended to me and it shows right away that there is racism. With that I want to say everything .. they took care of me why they had to do it but in the 3 people they were apathetic to me they ignored me. I had to look for the employee so that they would take care of me that was where they sold the sandwiches and the hot food. Boy to the bathroom and I ask a gentleman if you can give me the key to the bathroom. He stays for a while watching me and he turns around and types in the code and I will thank him and he ignores me.
The cashier does not even say hello, she just starts charging.

I love this store. The employees afre very nice and helpful.

The management at this store should be fired right away!They have a serious management problem here at this store! If the management does not like the customer they will have security follow the customer around the store and harass them! Worse Ralphs in Santa Monica by far!

This is a much better Ralph's than the one in the Palisades. Has nice wide aisles and the people who work there are very very helpful. They also have fresh sushi and a Starbucks The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because there were some problems with the self checkout machines.

Ellie helped me out in produce today and found an item in the back that wasn t on the shelves! Whoa And Emanuel helped me a couple of times trying to find specifics breads or snacks. Thanks so much all!

Kind of a dump, but they have everything you need. Please just clean up the odd group that seems to always hang around here.

Ralph's Metro Tap Card Scam !!! Bought a 30 Day Metro Tap Card for $84 on 9/10/2012. The card did not work after 10/01/2012. Sales Manager Warren Kirby says Tap Cards are only valid in the month they are purchased.!!!???!! Why Sell me a month pass that will expire in 2 weeks? I asked him... That is Ralphs policy!! he says.

I was very hesistant to explain my situation here in fear that I would receive criticism but I feel it is better and brave of me to speak out. I went here to use the coinstar because I had a giant jar of coins getting full so I figured why not change them after I get out of school? When I entered, it became very apparent that another man and I were the only colored- well, DARK colored customers. I went in the store with my backpack since I had just came from school, I used the coinstar located at the front of the store and went to the cashier to get it changed into cash but as I was making my way there, a woman had said in the intercom to "Check the security cameras carefully". Everyone had heard this and I try to rationalize it as best as possible but as many eyes were on the man and I, I just can't help but feel discriminated. I knew and still know I have dark skin, I knew I looked slightly disheveled because of my curly, almost kinky and unmanageable hair, I knew I had a backpack because I was coming from college but none of that should have mattered and it didn't, it was only that woman who cared about it and said to check the cameras who made me feel so alone, so ostracized, and so vulnerable. This was my first blatant account of discrimination in the 20 years of my existence and it is that reason I hope to never meet that woman and hope to never step in this Ralph's ever again.

Really great selection here. I've seen things in this store that I've not seen on any other grocery store. Very clean too. I can't wait to see how nice it will look once the renovations are complete.

One of the most beautiful stores I've been in. Produce looked amazing & staff couldn't have been nicer.
