It turns out I have a Bugaboo Cameleon special edition bought 5 years ago and with my second son, just starting to use it, a piece of the shoulder restraint harness has broken. Since they are sewn to the seat, Bugaboo only offers the option of buying a new one. A very disproportionate solution ( 70) for such a simple part and reveals a low quality of components for such a critical part. I do not recommend the brand or the after-sales service.
