Super nice building friendly people And very nice food. A big cold / hot buffet With a lot of choice. Large outdoor terrace.It was clean and tidy. Various rooms for large and smaller groups. Spacious parking lot with loose stones that I found not useful if you are disabled and you have to come to the restaurant. All neatly.
What a disappointment and very expensive. Staff is very stiff.
The buffet offers a lot of variety, with a number of highlights such as spare ribs (meat is about to fall off the bone, so tender), fish dishes and beef stew. All kinds of meat and fish dishes can also be prepared on site by one of the chefs. For children also plenty of choice. Furthermore, the atmosphere is very relaxed, the staff is very friendly and your used plate is quickly removed. In addition, a great price for what you get, so for me, five stars!

We have eaten here once, I am not so fond of the current buffets. It was incredibly busy, a lot of noise. The food was also not really you like it, no 2nd x anymore.
I don't really like buffet restaurants, but the food is good and the children can play well. When the children are calm, mum and dad are happy too
Never eaten so well at a buffet rest. Everything is always replenished fresh. Children were delighted with the spare ribs, these were really delicious after I had taken them too. Clearing happens very regularly so no dirty plates on the table and drinking is also brought very quickly. Really worth 5 stars. Just super.
Today again since eaten there a few years ago must say that we were pleasantly surprised partly by the live and cooking .wr will definitely come back
Unfortunately the buffet closes around 7 so they offered the option for one of the main dishes which didn't appeal to us.
Gladly we found an eetcafe in a nearby village which were able to quiet down our roaring hunger.
Restaurant vastly improved, food is of a good quality and the range is reasonable.
There are nevertheless a number of points for improvement.
At the ice cream buffet there is no indication of what kind of ice cream it is and any allergy indication. This applies to the entire buffet.
With the baking tray it is not made clear what kind of meat or fish you can have baked, you really have to look all the way over the meat to read what is in it.
The meat or fish offered was of excellent quality.
With an already inclusive price I would like to see that new drinks are taken in faster and more often, this is done deliberately, this should be better, otherwise this arrangement is too expensive.
We had a package until 9 p.m. people started cleaning the buffet around 8:30 pm, this is not done and customer-friendly, the restaurant is open until 9:30 pm.
But it was a pleasant evening, the service is friendly and the atmosphere good.

I am not a soup person, but the Vegetable Soup was really great, you tasted the fresh vegetables.
You could choose from vegetables, tomatoes or mustard soup so plenty of choice.
Furthermore, the HighTea was also perfect for Thijs and Aafke!

What a super nice experience! We had a delicious dinner. A lot was also arranged for a niece with a lactose intolerance. They will also have had a very nice experience and felt very special.
Altijd goed! voldoende variatie en zeker voldoende eten voor je geld. Prettige sfeer in de kleinere zalen. Al eerder geweest en zullen er ook zeker nogmaals gaan eten.

Last night there was little audience, all in all, had to ask for drinks not a check from the waiter. Buffet nothing special no own value this buffet I can also prepare everything from packages etc, etc, food buffet was cold and was not replenished. the table for slicing baguette was not cleared away and the herb butters were not topped up. all in all very bad and will certainly not pay a second visit to the company. staff otherwise friendly. we were the last guests they really wanted us to leave. what's further annoying is that the staff was eating behind the buffet. and I personally think this may not be possible. bad thing

vriendelijk personeel, prettig eigen plekje te hebben maar de verwarming stond uit en het eten? veel lege bakken werden niet goed aangevuld, spruiten waren keihard, weinig en heel simpel keus, had het gevoel dat we de laatste restjes hadden.... heel jammer maar slecht restaurant.

Little choice. Food from the baking tray is undercooked or overcooked. Vegetables not fresh. And the temperature in the restaurant was not pleasant .. the cook made another comment that there was football on. In other words, 2 o'clock is over and go home.
This was the 2nd time that I have been there. I thought it got better after the live cooking was added. But unfortunately .
I don't think I'll try it again.

The last time all-in was chosen and our table was repeatedly skipped by the wait staff. Very bad and for me directly the last time here. There is also plenty to eat, one better than the other and it also varies per turn. It is good enough to sustain a session.
They also block your mobile signal and you have to use WiFi. You must first register for this. All very moderate.
Delicious relaxed meal. Enough space. The children could play outside. The buffet is excellent and replenished continuously. Live cooking has delicious meat and fish dishes and very well prepared. The service is friendly and comes by enough for cleaning up and fresh drinks. A great dinner at Thuis en Aafke.
Price quality ratio is not correct. It is way too expensive, 26.95 seems nice but excluding drinks, compared to others really much more expensive, you should not imagine too much live cooking. It is all just not. There is quite a lot of service, but if they come to you twice in 2.5 hours .... chefs push you aside or respond bluntly when they top up something. Meat and fish quality is poor from the baking tray, a cook who apparently finds himself raw medium or by the crowds but saddled with half cooked meat. Starters thick fine by the way and extensive enough, main courses moderate, Buffetbak food well that was tastier than from the plate, and says enough already I think. Live cooking chef was too bad to get new chicken fillet in the kitchen, this was not his job, 15 minutes later still not. Restaurant was pretty full, too little space where you can get your food, compared to the amount of people, the bins for the cook were empty without topping up in time sorry it's out. Do they want to make their margin like that? Parking also difficult when it is busy. Steak was not smashing and too raw, pork tenderloin so seasoned that you no longer recognize the taste of the meat salmon ditto. Bill 5 people and 1 child almost 170 euros with an average of 2 drinks. Next time again 10 minutes further for world restaurant Puur. Cheaper all in and 3x more choice. Not worth repeating due to the price, just a restaurant. 3 stars because of the starters. Critically yes quite well, hopefully they do something with it.
