Great spot for wings on campus. Good for sporting events.

Service was exceptional, however parking is very difficult!

The food was delicious and our server did a great job taking care of us.

The worst restaurant ever
I received a wrong order when I called the restaurant they were so rude and they won't help for anything

I don t even want to put a star for this place. If you wanna go to a place where the people can t get the order right, here s your place! That also applies if you want to pay for things you don t receive..dont even think about having it made right either. When you tell them they honestly act like you got your food for free or something. I don t want anything for free, I just wanna get what I ve ordered and paid for. To top it off they ask if you wanna come back and pick it up? ya let me come back and pick up my cold ass food because I don t have anything else to do. The worst place I ve ever seen. B-Dubs will sure as hell never see my money again. The worst I ve ever seen.

Guaranteed slow service. Management needs to hire more staff. Very dirty atmosphere

edit: In reply to the owner comment below, I've visited this place many times, and my review is not based on just one visit, nor will it be fixed by one visit. I will consider revising my review later if my experience there improves.

The kitchen cannot handle the amount of takeout that is from ordered here, and needs to hire more staff.

Reserved upstairs for a large group event for the second year in a row. Everything went smoothly. No complaints. Will do it again next year.

Typically very good, but have had to wait for hours on some occasions for my food.

By far, the worst service I've ever had there. I've been there before, I go there most Tuesdays on half off wing night, and never had an issue. First off, our server, Nick, took our drink orders, brought the waters, but not the sodas. Didn't give us straws or utensils. Fifteen minutes later, after half of our drinks were gone, he came back to finally take our food orders. Still without the sodas. Once we ordered our food, he didn't take the menus, did not refill our waters, nor gave us silverware. AN HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES LATER, we finally get our food. His excuse that the system misplaced our order. Our food was cold from sitting on the counter, and he still did not refill our drinks. We had to ask for our sodas, and a secondary server finally got us napkins and silverware. We asked for the manager to get us hot food, and TWO HOURS LATER of initial seating, we finally got acceptable, hot, food. The fact that it took two hours to get food, get our initial waters refilled, and two hours and thirty minutes to finally leave, is just unacceptable. I will never dine in there again. By the end of it, we only got 25% off our total bill, which honestly, it should have been 50%. On top of that, a member of our party got water spilled on his bag and shoes by Nick. I get it, it's a college campus food place, but that kind of service was the worst service I've ever gotten from a BDUBS or similar restaurant.
