Avoid doing business with Buffalo. We received what we ordered, so that's a plus but the company is otherwise deceptive.

Two deceptive experiences in the same order

Called to ask about a product, planning to pick it up. Was told local delivery was free. Provided payment details for the order and was charged $72.09 for delivery. Follow up on this charge, assuming that it was in error have not received a reply.

On this call, I was also asked if I'd like to include a ream of paper - this could have been a misunderstanding - however it sounded that it was an offer for something "free" as a thank you, not an up sale. On delivery, found an additional charge for the paper.

While I appreciate the follow up from the owner here and I'm happy to give the benefit of the doubt. Despite the response and responding to their request - no further communication has occurred.
